First Class Limos

Please see Sasha N’s review. My experience was the same. Awful. Guests were miserable and hot as no air conditioning.

We rented the white limo bus — up to 20 passengers
Our description is much different than what was advertised on their site. Please see our complaint below which is exactly what we sent the owner. The owner called us yelling saying we were liars & refused to respond to the email. I would NEVER EVER give this company my money again even if it were the only option!
To Whom It May Concern,
We’re disappointed to say the least with the services we received from your company on 9÷5÷14. There were several issues with our experience with you. First, when our guests boarded the bus they immediately complained about the temperature. It was hot on the bus although the driver said the air was turned up to the max. The air was blowing from the ceiling of the bus & remained in the ceiling of the bus. We made many attempts to adjust the «vents» to feel comfortable but were unsuccessful. The «air» was not cooling below where we were so we were sweating immensely which RUINED all of our hair. We have several pictures & videos of our guests fanning themselves.
Second, one of our guests had to sit in the front with the driver where it was even hotter & give the driver turn by turn directions since his gps was no good. This was after we were headed in a completely wrong direction.
Third, there was a speaker that had sound breaking in & out with loud distracting static which eventually died leaving all of the sound in the back.
Fourth, while loading the bus to our second destination the driver had to turn the key several times before it started.
Fifth, the pole included with the bus was loose & the bride (whom we were honoring) almost injured herself. This was extremely disappointing because the pole was the reason we went with your company instead of many others.
Sixth & last, one of our guest sat down & the seat fell apart as seen below. Needless to say this experience was embarrassing for us who provided the transportation & for that reason we returned to our destination early (2:24 AM). The only good thing about the experience was that the driver was pleasant & apologetic. I called to make a formal complaint & was told I would receive a call back Monday and did not receive that call. We did not receive what was advertised & should receive a refund. This is my 2^nd email & we have called 3 times concerning these issues.
They receive 1 star because I was unable to post without selecting at least 1. I will try & post the pictures& videos, I am not seeing the option within this section

Awful limo service.
*Our 24 pass hummer was un vaccuumed for my bridal party.
*The driver introduced himself to me, and the first thing he told me the Groom, was that tip was included but if I liked his service I could tip more. Very classy. Not.
*The driver was very anxious and bossy. He tried bossing around my camera guy and got in the way of our photography shoot which was unnecessary and annoying, to say the least.
*Driver was giving bad information to bridal party about the guest shuttle service which was none of his business and added stress to my day.
*Driver told the bride that we couldn’t go to a photo location because we didn’t have time even though we did and arrives to hall 40 mins before our limo time was up
*Driver made wrong turn right before reception hall and his only job at that point was getting from point A to point B, something you could train a chimpanzee to do.
*Driver got us to hall at 6:20pm and we had paid for limo until 7. He asked me if I liked his service as I exited the black hummer. I said yes and walked away. There was no way I was adding to his tip.
*Driver left half hour before our paid time was up.
*Office people are rude on the phone
*** I would avoid this company at all cost. They just don’t get it.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Our Hummer limo was the worst part of our wedding day by far. The reasons are as follows:
1. The heat in the limo was broken and unable to be fixed by our driver. It was 30 degrees on our wedding day. We FROZE inside the limo.
2. The electric was also broken and unable to be fixed by our driver. We had no radio, no lights, no tvs.
3. The driver made no effort to fix any of the aforementioned problems.
4. Due to the lack of heat (and inability to «warm up» in the limo) we had to cut our wedding pictures short by over an hour. We’ll never get that time back and first class limos has essentially ruined ½ my wedding pictures because we weren’t able to take them.
5. They never contacted me to apoligize or make the situation right.
6. When I finally contacted them, they called me a liar and told me I was wrong about the weather and all of the malfunctions. I had to threaten to have my photographers and everyone in the limo write statements saying that I was telling the truth before they would offer me a refund. I only got ½ my money back, even though the entire limo was malfunctioning.
7. The manager then told me that had the driver called maintenance, they would have either sent out a technician (during our ceremony, would have been fixed before we left for pictures) or they would have walked the driver through how to fix the limo.
Overall, this was the most negative experience I have ever had with a limo company and would suggest going anywhere else. I would NEVER use them again.
