Stale chips, miserable workers, boring tv… this place is slowly going down and the restaurant’s coupons in newspapers are not helping bc im not using them. I would not recommand this place.

I stopped in here after not being able to decide what I wanted to eat. I saw a lot of people inside(which is normally a good sign). The line moves quickly and they have a lot of choices. I ordered the steak burrito after several others ahead of me ordered the same thing. I also ordered the regular Queso and chips so I could try they Queso. While checking out the cashier bent over to get me a tray and took my card with her. The movement seemed do and too artificial, I am concerned she ran my card through a card reader below the counter. I decided to not call her on it, but I did get her name and will monitor my credit card. I keep a very close eye on this behavior and rarely let my card out of my sight. The Verdict: The burrito was just OK. The steak lacked flavor and the other ingredients we similarly bland. The Queso was tasty(close but not quite as good as Qdoba’s) The chips were standard, nothing special. I will be monitoring my credit card(I know these things can take a while) and if I see something I will certainly report it too the authorities.

I’m a semi regular here. Great food. Always fresh. Great customer service. Clean. Never crowded like the other burrito place. What more could you ask for! Love their chips and salsa!

I am a regular here at Moe’s since it is convenient for me. The set up is very similar to Chipotle, but they have more varieties here. As for taste wise, Chipotle is more flavorful and bold in spices but Moe’s is decent and good in their own ways. I normally order the steak here as I find to be chicken is dry. However, the ground beef is very good. I have tried everything(burritos, tacos, quesadillas, fajitas), but my favorite are the stacks(which is similar to Taco Bell’s crunchwrap supreme). One thing Moe’s has that Chipotle does not is their Rock N Roll hot sauce which is extremely spicy and very good. I also appreciate the salsa bar and how they have picked jalapenos as one of the choices for vegetables. And they also have wheat tortillas for those looking for less calories on their burrito. And lastly, I love how they provide complimentary chips with the meal(even if Chipotle’s chips are slighlty better). If Moe’s meat flavors were as bold as Chipotle, Chipotle would need to up their game. However, for its convenient location and decent food(and good prices/services), as long as I am in the area, I will be a regular here.

Why does this Moes only have a 3 star average?! BOOOO! I LOOOVE this place! I always always always get greeted with the standard«welcome to moes!» when I walk in the door, and it’s always enthusiastic, which kudos to them, because idk if I could handle yelling the same phrase day in and day out and keeping up the enthusiasm. As a receptionist, I’m used to repeating phrases and sounding like a broken record, so I can vouch that it wears on you haaard. so A+ for that! lol I love coming here and it’s definitely because of the staff. They’re always friendly, always smiling, always get my order right. They crack jokes and have normal person to person conversations with you, and they’ve never once been rude/impolite, anything negative. The quality of food is great for the price, the add-ons are the best, the chips are always fresh and delicious aaand who doesn’t love a free salsa bar?! Moe’s also caters for my company a lot, and I see them frequently. They are literally always early, and Raj, who I believe may be the store manager or heads up catering, is awesome. He’s friendly, professional, once again always smiling and he’s great to work with. The quality of staff coming out of this store is fantastic, and they should all be recognized for it! Love you Moeeeeeees

So I was in Somerset, NJ for a wedding and we got there a couple days early, and one night we decided to check out some Tex Mex for dinner. This place didn’t let us down. Awesome bang for your buck, and the food was on point, I had soft and hard tacos as well as a burrito. Everything was well seasoned, and they had actual legit hot sauce(I’m talking brown people spicy!). If I ever have the chance to eat her again I would. This place is like a Chipotle style where you walk down the line as they prepare your food. I did notice they have a party room. Very clean, and we’ll maintained and I liked the Southwest interior paint colors.

Easily one of the worst Moe’s I’ve been to. No greeting when I walked in which is their standard. Got an attitude when I tried to order. They weren’t following the Moe’s standard of making the food. They didn’t know the menu. There was a language barrier and finally they rang up my order wrong. Please have patience when coming to this location.

The experience begins when you walk into the restaurant and hear«Welcome to Moes» echoing behind the counter from the enthusiastic and friendly staff. This is a really busy location during the lunch rush but they do a great job at keeping it moving. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken and lots of their fresh toppings. Everything was full, fresh, hot and delicious. On Mondays you can even get a burrito with chips and salsa and a drink for $ 6. Their salsa bar is always clean and the salsas are always full and fresh. They have convenient little cups with lids so you can even enjoy the salsa with your to-go order. They also have one of those smart coca cola machines to blend your own flavors. There is plenty of seating here and when the weather is nicer, you can even enjoy your meal at one of their outdoor tables.

I come here on weekly basis on my lunch break. The service is always quick and friendly. Ingredients are fresh and you can’t go wrong with a burrito! I usually get the smaller sized burrito because the normal ones are massive! Salsa bar is always clean and filled. They are usually crowded on lunch hour so I suggest getting there early as the line could get pretty long. They have outdoor seating too, which is nice when the weather permits. Love Moes!

Very Chipotle«like». Good food, prices, and the service was okay, wouldn’t hurt if they smiled a little more. They all looked like they hated their jobs. Biggest thing I don’t like about this place was that they serve no alcohol. Best thing, the queso. I love me some queso!

I love this place! Food is good and fresh and plentiful. My only gripe is that sometimes the staff spend too much time talking amongst themselves while customers are waiting. Oh, and they have one of those coca cola machines where you can mix your own sodas. That’s pretty cool!

We go to this Moe’s on a weekly basis. The food is delicious. The workers are wonderful! The food is healthy and Tuesday night kids eat free. It doesn’t get any better than that!

I once walked in and heard several staff members say, «Hello, sorry we’re closed» or at least that’s what I thought they said as I made my way to exit when one of them said, «hey, we’re open» and apparently I had just misheard them as they will greet you with a «Welcome to Moe’s» if they see you come in lol. The meals and service are always good and quick, a perfect stop off spot during a lunch break, plus they’ve got a nice little coffee shop & liquor store in the same plaza for those making late night plans.

We tried this place twice. Both times, the chips were stale, the food mediocre and the price was too high. I tried to contact the owner many times to let him know, and he didn’t return a single phone call. It’s always a red flag when the owner doesn’t bother to care to listen to his customers. Avoid.

I’ve had many items on the menu. Been to this location about a dozen times. Very tasty. Fresh food. Generally friendly. I’ve introduced several co-workers to Moe’s and they are now big fans. Very good TexMex — especially if you’re looking for something quick and fresh.

I have to say the first time i went here was disappointing. It was opening week and it seemed like most of the employees were frazzled because of how busy it was. The food came out sloppy and was somewhat cold… however, this place has improved tremendously since opening. I now go here on a weekly basis for lunch and am very pleased every time. They have tons of fresh ingredients which can be added to any order for no additional cost, everything comes out hot and exactly how i ordered it, and prices are fairly cheap. The employees seem to have figured out how to deal with the mad lunch rush and still give the«Welcome to Mooooooeees!» every time someone walks in. Theygive you chips with your meal and have a salsa bar similar to surf taco. The fresh brewed tea is also a nice change from soda or water only options. Some people will liken it to a chipotle and say it sucks, but I’ve found that most major chipotle fans think every burrito place sucks compared to chipotle… when most are pretty much the same with a slightly different atmosphere. They have have a few tv’s hanging in the center of the eating area as well, kinda nice if you want to catch some ESPN or new while you’re eating.

Ive been to the moes in staten island but this by far is the best. The staff was so Friendly when i arrived and my burrito was perfect. I got the chicken/beef mix and it was so flavorful and juicy. I love spicy so the salsa bar was right up my alley. The drink machine had every variety u could ever imagine. To top it off, they have carvel ice cream for dessert. This is my New go to spot!

Reminds me of Baja Fresh and Chipotle mixed together! The moment you walk in, the whole staff screams«Welcome to MOs» pretty funny. Scared the heck out of me at first. I usually get the HOMEWRECKER! Its a large burrito filled with chicken/ground beef. Throw in some lettuce, sour cream, cheeses, and black beans. w free chips on the side. Excellent! My favorite is their condiments. Their green tomatillo sauces is sooo good. Its mildly hot but just right with the chips and burrito. They also have a southern iced tea which is lightly sweetened. A northern iced tea which is unsweetened. Cool thing was a flat screen with different drinks to choose from. You press a button and out comes your drink. Its pretty crazy. Check my pics out. Last but not least, the place has CARVEL inside. So when youre done, get yourself a milkshake or whatever else you feel like having. This place is huge that they even have their own party room ;)

As my friend would say it, «It’s a combination of Baja Fresh and Chipotle», and he’s on point with that description. I had the Joey Jr. steak burrito, which is just a smaller burrito without guacamole. The steak was delicious and I put a bunch of toppings in it, all free just like at Chipotle. They have additional toppings that you don’t normally find at Chipotle, like fresh jalapenos and cilantro. Even though I wished they can put salsa into my burrito, I was happy to help myself at the unlimited salsa bar where they have 5 different salsas available: 3 medium spicy salsas, 1 salsa verde and 1 spicy salsa. The spicy salsa, though tasty, is quite disappointing on the spiciness level, it’s more like a medium spicy. Another plus point is every order comes with a side of chips, so you can enjoy the salsa bar even more. If Chipotle is a 10, I give this place a solid 7

I happened to find myself here on their opening day. I didn’t know this because they were busy(they weren’t) or because they were running a special(they weren’t) or warmly welcoming customers to their new establishment(they weren’t; the annoying«Welcome to Moe’s» was obligatory at best); rather, it simply became blatantly obvious by the frenetic atmosphere behind the counter as a team of Moe’s professionals attempted to guide the inexperienced, pony-tails-dangling-perilously-close-to-the-food staff. As they were(brand) new, I forgave the fact that my ordering/dining experience was obviously lower in priority to the training that should have been completed prior to opening to the public. Fast forward to today when I visited again. The silly welcome was again half-hearted and, still not busy, all of the warm food compartments were now covered with opaque lids. The options remained obscured from view and the only choice I was offered was beans(I ordered veg). It wasn’t until my burrito was wrapped that I realized I hadn’t received onions and peppers. When I inquired, I received a shrug in response. When I asked for them in a small container on the side, the response was, «Can I just put them on your chips?» Not«I’m sorry», or, «Our mistake; whatever you like», no; apparently the most important factor was saving a container. To make matters worse, my wrapped burrito was literally and inexplicably half the size of my companion’s identical order. It seemed that without the seasoned staff to guide, the significant number of Moe’s newbies were left on their own. However, after my party sat down to eat a manager type came out from the back… not to find out if we were satisfied, but instead simply to ask the employees not to lean or look bored. Funny he didn’t mention what they should have been doing– offering the few customers they actually had any of their«20+ fresh, free ingredients», assembling meals properly and to size, cleaning the floors and tables in the dining room, or emptying the garbage. Really, if you can’t get your act together at the very beginning…
