I have struggled with my weight all my life and still do, I’m so human! Three years ago I spent almost a year suffering with diverticulitis and had two hospital stays. I was 250lbs and just sick and tired of being sick and tired. The hospital doctor told me my only problem was I didn’t get enough fiber so I started searching and found Green Smoothie Girl… My life changed dramatically I lost weight, felt better and then I had an urge to exercise! I had to teach this to others so I became a certified Integrative Nutrition Coach. I want to help others get healthy. I am right now 200lbs and healthier at 51 than I was at 41.
