Thor Kitchens and Baths

I’ve used Thor’s kitchen and baths for years and have never had complaints with service at all. Every time I’ve reached out they have been very professional and courteous. Would recommend to anyone that needs an honest opinion and a straight forward answer.

I had the misfortune of interacting with the owner of this business on a job site today. My experience was absolutely negative in that he called me names and belittled me when I simply asked him to move his truck, which was illegally parked (along with a large workvan) on private property and blocking my own vehicle and my garage. Mind you, I am six and one-​half months pregnant. When my husband went to speak with him, he became verbally and physically threatening, and his reply was «F*** you and f*** your wife.» I’m glad we had this experience, because we see his truck around all the time and had been thinking of calling him for an estimate on a kitchen and bathroom. Unless you are really desperate, there are too many contractors out there to deal with someone who is THAT inconsiderate and unprofessional.
