This is a cool place… in theory. Comfortable enough, sure. Customer service wasn’t bad either. But the way business is run is a fucking joke. $ 15 for a weak hookah and TWO quick-light Three Kings coals. Dafaq?! They do have a 3 coal deal, but they want you to pay $ 5 more for that extra quick-light. You can buy an entire roll for less than that! My experiences are with more authentic hookah lounges in San Diego, where you are not charged based on shitty coals like this. I guess this approach to business would work if they had a high turnover rate and needed to move people along so others waiting can get their smoke on, but this is hardly the case. The entire time I was here, I managed to remain the sole customer. My advice to the owners of this place, granted they are interested in having a better business, is to ditch the coal limitation. That alone would make this place a 5-Star hookah lounge.

Went in last Saturday. Very clean with a tremendous atmosphere. Well lit and very comfortable for a smaller party. The staff was very knowledgable, helpful, and courteous. Great menu and pricing! Sure to return very soon.
