History

Established in 2011.

Courtney and Bill are avid and competitive cyclists. Courtney has instructed indoor cycling for quite some time and Bill has trained other athletes and health seekers as a personal trainer. After finding the RealRyder bikes we were hooked and now we want to share the benefits with you!

I’m an experienced biker and spinner, but had never tried the RealRyder system before. I did a 90 minute endurance class where you attempt to ride along with a mountain bike video projected on the front. It was a lot of fun; really motivating and enjoyable. If I lived here, it would be a winter pastime.

This place is great! Amazing core workouts, friendly staff, and clean ! I love it! Highly recommended for someone looking to get in shape and meet fun cool people! Plus they have classes with a child watch on staff! Heck yes!

If you’re looking for a fun, challenging, and unique workout experience, this gym is for you. The equipment and facility are very clean and well maintained. Courtney, the studio owner and one of the instructors, is very professional, encouraging, and energetic. She knows everyone by name and provides guidance on form with very positive cues. There are many classes offered each day, with varying options for cycling and suspension training. I would definitely recommend this studio.
