Hemlock Ink

Just picked up 125 TShirts from these guys for my company. Alex was a big help in facilitating the order. My design was tricky, front and back with multiple layers and colors. Hemlock Ink took that design and turned out the highest quality Ts I have ever seen. Perfect printing on Hanes Beefy T Shirts. These shirts are made to last and will be an amazing advertisement for my business. The price was more than fair and the turnaround was fast! I would seriously recommend them to anyone needing clothing for a business, special event. Hemlock Ink FTW!

I’ve worked with this company back about 3 – 4 years ago and they were of great help even then! And now recently I decided to come back here again to develop more t-​shirts and of course, a very pleasant experience. I definitely recommend going here as it’s the most cost efficient, yet good quality place especially in the Greater Boston Area! Although there were some discrepancies about emails here and there, it was fixed!
I ordered about 120 t-​shirts and 20 hoodies and they came out perfectly!

Hemlock Ink is fantastic. They have done at least 4 jobs for me and my company, all of the highest quality. There are tons of shirt size, type and color options and the design guidance is great. They also complete jobs in really short time frames. We will be using them again for our annual company event shirt printing.

Neal made the entire ordering process a breeze from start to finish. We ordered a slew of hoodies for our roller derby team. Every gal wanted very a specific name & number on the front… Neal didn’t even bat an eye. They were finished before the due date & he was even kind enough to text me a shot of the finished product! We are really pleased with the finished product & will be ordering again soon!

I am extremely happy with my Hemlock Ink experiences. I have ordered through this company several times & every time, the products are outstanding!
My first experience was ordering t-​shirts for my team for the warrior dash. It was about 30 t-​shirts in varying men’s & women’s sizes. The quality of the t shirts were amazing, along with the print quality. I worked one on one with Dan to find the best lettering, color scheme & shirt fabric for the t-​shirts.
I have also used them several times just to make a t-​shirt or two for a Halloween costume. I just emailed the link for the image I wanted printed over & had my product in just a few days.
All in all, Hemlock Ink is an A+ company in my book.

Since writing my last review, I have used Hemlock Ink 2 more times only this time not for my business but for my daughter’s elementary school spirit wear (thousands of dollars in orders). Hemlock Ink came through BIG TIME with both orders. Parents are always commenting to me about how much better quality the items are then what their expectations for spirit wear are. Thank you Hemlock!

I had 2 major issues with Hemlock’s work:
1) I own a small business in cambridge and was looking for some t-​shirts for an event. In looking at their website it seemed that Hemlock had some stylistic sense and perhaps could help me design a cool looking t-​shirt with my company logo. In going into the store and asking for this help, I did not feel the individual I worked with (who I believe owned the company) had this skill set. I received no help in picking out a shirt or designing the t-​shirt. he actually made me sit down at his computer and place/​size the elements for the shirt myself. I literally could have gone on any t-​shirt design website and done this from the office (which I eventually did after receiving my Hemlock shirts) for a much cheaper price.
2) upon picking up my shirts 2 weeks later (I was in no rush so it was fine) the image on the back of the shirt was very weak or faded. It almost looked like their printer was running low on ink. when I brought this up, the individual in the office said that must be how the image file I provided them looked. I asked him to pull up the file and we both agreed that the image file was a much richer color than the t-​shirts. The office individual could not explain why there was an difference and then actually said to me, quote «what do you want me to do about it?» in an aggravated tone. seriously, this individual should have immediately offered to re-​run the shirts. he gave me a take-​it-​or-​leave it attitude so I just left and ultimately threw the t-​shirts away after finding a higher quality producer (who turned out to be cheaper by the way).
sorry for the long message, but I believe companies like this should be called out. I will not be giving Hemlock any more business and I suggest you find an alternative company as well. I guarantee it will save you time, money and frustration.

Fantastic company! We’ve ordered around 250 pieces of clothing/​bags and have been thrilled with how everything’s come out. The orders come in a timely manner with top notch customer service. Neal’s the man!

I have been working with the people at Hemlock Ink since I opened my business in January. They are the BEST! Not only is the quality of their work fantastic, but their customer service is exceptional! They have consistently gone above and beyond for me and I would never go anywhere else for screen printing or embroidering.
I have been mostly working with Neal who has been so friendly, professional, and quick to respond to my requests. Definitely check these guys out if you haven’t already!

I had a great experience working with Hemlock Ink. I needed to get three dress shirts embroidered last minute for a company event, and they were incredibly accommodating. They finished them a day early and waived the usual embroidery minimum of 12 shirts without hesitation. When I picked them up, one of the threads was unraveling, but Neal happily fixed it right on the spot. Will definitely use them again!

These guys are great! They’re super friendly and professional and the pricing is extremely fair for the quality they produce. My order had one error with the embroidery and they were willing to help me out without any hesitation. I plan on bringing all of my printing jobs to them from here on out.

Absolutely amazing.
I had a surprise 30^th bday party to throw — and we decided tshirts were a necessity. So I call up Hemlock Ink — Dan handles everything for my rush order without hesitation. I sent him a picture of my buddy and some wording we wanted used on the shirts and before you know it he has an incredible design drawn up — better than I could have imagined it.
I absolutely recommed Hemlock Ink to anyone in need of custom tshirts — I couldn’t be happier with the quality, price and the service I recieved from them!!!

Just had some shirts done here and I have nothing but positive things to say!
I got a small batch of 2-​sided shirts done for a tight deadline with plenty of time to spare. The quality of the printing is amazing, all of the fine details came out looking crisp.
Ask for Stenny, he really came through on this project!

As a design firm that works with high profile clients such as Lucasfilm, Puma, Dreamworks, Hasbro, Mattel and Microsoft… we have used Hemlock for a number of jobs for literally YEARS now and they have always been not only the highest quality… but time after time have gone out of their way to work with us on deadlines AND price. After using several other printers before this one… and having to be disappointed by bad service, missed deadlines, and manipulated pricing… this is the one and only printer we will use for our highest profile clients henceforth. highest possible recomendation.

Dan and his guys were great to deal with. They printed shirts for the Sailing Southern Cruise that we went on and everyone loved them. We ended up having to run two more batches because they were so popular. They ran three different types of shirts as well; kids, unisex and ladies. Fast service and great quality! Will definetley use them again!

Dan, Neal, and Stenny are a class act! They’re quick, reliable, and they have the best prices in Boston for all of the great services they provide! They knocked out all of my shop shirts in less than 10 days, and were top quality! I’ll be doing all off my screen-​printing and embroidery at Hemlock! No minimum required at hemlock as well!

These guys are absolutely fantastic… if you’re looking for QUALITY custom shirts, this is the place to go. The shop itself is a thing to see (and you get to SEE it! Where the magic happens!) and they make you feel like you’re their #1 priority. Which, as the customer, they should, so props!
Excellent art, excellent quality product, fantastic atmosphere… why go anywhere else?!

Highly recommend Hemlock Ink. My husband and I run a local art based t-​shirt company and this is the 3^rd printer we have used in our hunt for the perfect printer. The pricing is competitve, t-​shirt and print quality is great. They also offer a few different types of printing which is cool (traditional silk screen, water based discharge printing and now direct to garment printing). So far we have had both a water based discharge print and a DTG print done and both came out great! Also the staff was very helpful and responded quickly to all e-​mails.
Will definitely use Hemlock in the future.
