Description

Specialties

The food at India Palace is North Indian with a Punjabi influence. As you walk into the restaurant, you get a sense of a peaceful, serene setting to have a meal. The food is not a contemporary or a fusion trend of Indian Cuisine; it’s a traditional flare with the original authentic flavors of North Indian food. From the Tandoor specialties to the delicate yet powerful curries, you’ll find India Palace’s food cooked just the way North Indian Food should be: exquisite.

To most, Indian food means a hot chili base curries, but this is a great misconception. Generally, the Northern dishes are mild and creamy e.g. Chicken Tikka Masala, Kormas and Tandoori meals which are ideal for the first time Indian experience or for children.

The Southern dishes are chili based and have heavier spicing, as they were originally used to preserve food in the hot climate. Dishes include the perspiration Vindaloos and the Madras curries. India palace has been serving in Boston area since almost 2 decade

Meet the Manager

Lal Bahadur A.

Manager

My name is LB Ayer. I am an honest, hardworking and I have good knowledge about indian recipes.

One of the managers most important jobs is customer service. It is important that customers receive prompt service in a professional, friendly manner, with enough staff to serve them in a timely fashion. A restaurant manager needs the expertise and patience to deal with customers, no matter how rude or unreasonable they are. When a person has a legitimate complaint, the restaurant manager works to correct the problem, so the customer leaves happy and will return to dine there again.

I am so polite to everybody and care all the customers equally. As I know till now he never disappoint any customers and always keeps on trying to do the best for the customers by best service, best food and sweet smile. I feel great while get chance to serve more customers everyday.
