I just took this course and was amazed from the learning and information I got. Even if you are not interested in becoming Sales Agent, this course is very informative & helpful at what’s going on the real estate market. I graduated my undergrad from BU & never really understood about bonds & how they get created until I took this course. I am taking the test in two weeks and very confident that I will pass. I took the 10 hr course per day and didn’t want the class to end. Michael, is very knowledgeable and knows how to make the class entertaining but at the same time educational. I have gained so much from this course and look forward to work with Michael down the road .

I enjoyed this course. As a previous reviewer stated, Eden was extremely diligent in providing detailed information about the class, the test, and everything in between. Michael has a fun sense of humor, but he provided valuable instruction as well. The only reason that I didn’t rate the course as five stars is that I haven’t yet taken the test, but I do feel confident that I will ass and will update accordingly!

I took the class last month and found it very informative. I was impressed with the detailed communication from Eden in the days leading up to the class (managing expectations, what to bring, where to park etc.) and helping me register. Michael was very informative and engaging, I didn’t feel like the days were as long as they actually were. I think if you are interested in the material, it is easy to sit through. Michael has a good sense of humor and provides great examples of the concepts, he engages the class — doesn’t just read from the book or lecture. I studied often and was pretty nervous, but I passed my exam this week on the first try! I would definitely recommend taking Michael’s class.

Michael, the instructor, is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job on teaching. He’s not shy on sharing his personal experiences, and his lively tone and sense of humor keep us from falling asleep in a 10-hour class. Though I do not have any other real estate course or school to use as a comparison the class was pretty well done. 40 hours over 4 days is a long time to be sitting in a classroom discussing anything, but Michael did a good job of keeping it interesting, entertaining, and on topic. He definitely knows the business and is passionate about it and that certainly comes through in his teaching. I haven’t taken the exam yet (completed the course just 3 days ago) but the material covered in the class has provided a good foundation upon which to study.

If you have even the slightest interest in working in real estate, take this course. Michael Albano is one of the most entertaining and, more importantly, one of the most effective teachers I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. I’m a student at Boston University, and their professors pale in comparison. Yeah, the 10 hour classes can get tiring. But if you stay awake and focused, you will walk out of the building feeling like you’re already a broker.

Just took this class ending on April 26, 2015. It exceeded my expectations by far! I was sort of dreading it because I can’t remember the last time I had to sit still for more than a few hours in a day, and this was two ten-hour days, two weekends in a row — but it was awesome! Michael is an extremely engaging teacher who knows his material and knows how to explain it. He is very funny, irreverent, and has an accessible, informal style. I appreciated the degree to which he was willing to entertain questions yet also stay on track — there is a ton of material to cover. I actually looked forward to getting up in the morning and going to class.
The administrator for the class, Eden, was helpful, warm, and efficient. All-around, it was a great experience :)

I can’t say enough good things about Michael and his class. 40 hours of real estate laws and best practices can be brutal (and I’ve heard from plenty of friends that it is). Michael makes it as fun and entertaining as possible. He’s a real estate rock star, and between his personal stories and pop culture references the class flies by.
I would recommend Michael’s class to anyone.
