MVS Limousine

my husband booked this service for an early morning ride from our home to the airport, which is usually between $ 30 – 50 for a taxi. he was told the ride would cost him $ 40 – 50. a few days later we saw a charge for almost $ 100. i phoned MVS and was told there is a $ 20 fee for early morning pick-​ups AND they add a tip for the driver. my husband had not been informed about any of the additional fees and since they had not mentioned the tip he paid the driver an extra cash tip. go with a cab service or a limo company that is open and honest about their prices. i should also mention the business phone number that comes up on a credit card statement is actually a private cell phone number of some poor woman who probably has absolutely nothing to do with their business. this whole experience screams amateur hour.

I can’t even believe what a horrible experience this was. hiring MVS for my daughters 11^th birthday to go into Boston.
FIRST Lets start with the over 30 minute late arrival of the non English speaking driver who by the way told me he had NEVER BEEN TO BOSTON BEFORE!!!
I spoke with the MAC and went over in detail what I wanted for my 3 hours and he agreed told me to email it to him which i did .
He ripped me off in the worst way. I spoke to him in the initial conversation and said if we went over the 3 hours I would pay extra… and he said OK. I went over my expected itinerary and he agreed to it. I called and emailed to confirm the day before then what i got was a late driver who took us to our destination… in Boston 40 minutes late…
Anyway I left my stuff in limo and told the driver I will see you in one hour he shook his head and agreed then left and he DID NOT COME BACK for 2.5 hours… not until I called Mac and asked where the driver was to take us home.
OVER30 min late… I had to track him down… for a ride home and he made me give him my credit card so he could charge me the $ 70 extra to pick us up when I had already paid for THREE HOURS!!!
HE WAS SUPPOSE TO PICK US UP… NOOOOO extra charge…
I have never been so offended by a operation in my life and I will tell every person i know about how atrocious MVS limo and Boston Town car is. There are so many other limo companies out here don’t use this one!..

I rented a Limousine from MVS a month ago for my wedding.
I can simply say that MAC from MVS was great, he was so helpful, the limousine was neat, modern nice and just like in the pictures. The price was great and the service was excellent so much that I forgot the top tier of my wedding cake in the limo that night, and when MAC found out, he put it in the freezer and then drop it off at my home, next day. He was just awesome! my husband and I would definitely use MVS services again and we highly recommend them to anyone needing to rent a limo and have a great time.
