Will was genial and helpful through the whole process.
I showed up 15 minutes late for the showing and he was very understanding.
After the showing, I decided I wanted the place immediately. He made time for me later that evening so we could begin drawing up the paperwork, even though this meant he was in the office until after 7pm that night. Then afterwards, he met with me again the following morning at 10am.
He knew we were coming from a long way, so once we were approved, he suggested e-​signing the lease, so we wouldn’t have to make the trip out again.
Knowing that we would be looking for a third roommate to fill one of the spots, he offered to help us connect with somebody that he knew was looking for a spot, and made sure we knew that he could help us out with credit checks for any potential roommate we found, too.
All in all, I would definitely recommend Will’s services.

We told him what we wanted, which included some specific requirements that are hard to get in this area, and he found us a gorgeous place that fit perfectly. The whole process went smoothly and surprisingly quickly. Will was pleasant and professional, very flexible, and great to work with.

My roommate and I worked with Will to find a place to rent. He helped us tremendously find a place in the area we were looking (somerville). We experienced some ups and downs during the process and Will was immediate in the updates and creative in overcoming the «speed bumps.»

Will is an excellent real estate agent. He was always available to us to answer questions, give advice and show us homes. 24⁄7 service. Will became a friend and helped us find and buy our dream home — which wasn’t an easy task in the market and in the town we wanted. He stuck by my side when it mattered most, and we’ll be forever grateful. After the closing, he created a perfect video of our family in our new house which simply went above and beyond.
