Bad Decisions Bacon, Booze & Meteor Campout

Out of all of the beer/​wine festivals I’ve been to, I’m fairly disappointed with Bad Decisions 2014. I’ll give them 3 years to fix the following issues before I return.
The food took way to long, orders were incorrect — I observed many people with incomplete or incorrect food orders. Each order was taped to a refrigerator, which didn’t guarantee that your order was started in order. They were not prepared for a large crowd and had some personal crock pots instead of commercial appliances. When the sun went down, there wasn’t adequate lighting to ensure food safety. I observed some people with burnt food (at least it wasn’t raw!)
They ran out of beer — both Four Peaks and the home brews also ran out of beer. Four Peaks ran out around 4pm (in just 4 hours) the good home brews followed thereafter.
Not safe, they were not prepared for wind — some of the canopies were not staked to the ground. When the wind came, it swept the canopy off the ground and created an unsafe environment.
The breakfast in the morning was not well planned — super long lines. The person taking your order would then cook and prep your food. This was not organized well.
