With this frame of mind, you can easily find yourself in people and circumstances everywhere you go. Yoga, meditation, body work & spiritual living has made me happier, more connected to myself and others, and enabled me to identify the things that matter most to me. This is what I wish & hope to share with all of my friends, family & students that cross my path. That being true to your authentic path is unique to all & tapping into the vast knowledge you contain inside yourself is very magical.
