Broadway Shell of Sonoma

Needed to get air in my tires and Andy came out and did it for me. Gave great service at no charge!

I highly recommend this service station for car repair, tires, battery, whatever you need. When I take my car in for an oil change Andy and Justin will check anything I want and NEVER sell me work I do not need.

I have some pretty terrible luck with mechanics in Sonoma. The place I used to go just shut down so I went to good old Google to search for another place in town. After finding Broadway Auto Care, I gave them a call and was greeted by Andy. He set up an appointment for the day after I called. When I arrived I was helped by Justin. I got a quote right away and he let me know that he would call if anything came up and would quote me the price (I’ve had mechanics in the past that just do whatever expensive work and tell me after they’ve done it). I walked over to Peet’s and enjoyed a cocoa and a good read while I waited. An hour later Justin called to let me know that the car was ready. I walked back over and was charged a price even lower than the original quote! He even joked with me that he would have had to create a problem with the car to fix anything else. Kind, efficient, honest, and funny, these are great qualities to have in a mechanic. It doesn’t hurt that they are also reasonably priced.

Called to ask about a smog check, and ten minutes later Andy was starting the work. Friendly, competent, priced right. What more does one need?

I was pleased with the service I received on my 1991 car with an engine UNDER THE FRONT SEAT. The company called me by accident when I was seeking a mechanic. So I figured I should take the car there. It needed more than just a simple fix, so they repaired and replaced a lot of old parts while they had the engine out. It’s running like a top now. Thanks, Andy and staff!

Full-​service gas station. No seriously. The attendants come out to help you. They refuse tips and believe in good old-​fashioned service. And they have promotions and give you these scratcher tickets and chances to win cash and register on their website — A gas station CRM program — nice. Yeah, at a gas station. I was so amazed I decided to check out their store and other services as well… store/​cashier area has bare minimum. I believe they have a garage as well… I never do more than gas here but dry by it all of the time.
At the end of the day, if you end up leaving town along highway 12 make sure to hang a left and stop here. Because if you pull into the station on the right. No live people will be there.
