We offer a broad range of cooking classes, appealing to varying levels of interest and skill. Our farm-to-table philosophy inspires us to work with local farmers, cheese makers and other food purveyors whose bounty reflects the regionality and seasonality of Sonoma Valley.

Chef Joe V.

Manager

Executive Chef Joe Vitale was recently appointed to carry Ramekins culinary vision into a vibrant new decade and a fresh beginning, «When designing menus for Ramekins, I always begin with the trinity: seasonal, local, organic,» explains Vitale. «This has made the process an easy path to follow.» Chef Vitale is passionate about incorporating ingredients fresh from the sea, farm and ranch in his recipes. «Sonoma Wine Country and its proximity to local growers, producers and foragers provides the perfect culinary springboard and destination.» Vitale taught classes at Ramekins as a guest chef when he held the position of Executive Chef at The General’s Daughter restaurant in Sonoma. He trained with renowned chefs Gary Danko (Ritz-Carlton) and Todd Muir (Chez Panisse, Madrona Manor).
