History
Established in 2012.
After two private practice locations at the Stress Management Center Yoga Studio in Larkspur, California and an integrative medicine chiropractic center in San Rafael, California, the spa was started at the Sonoma Holistic Center by Barbara Bailey. She found the Sonoma Holistic Center when she consulted a Vedic Astrologer, Bette Timm, who ran the center a few years earlier. The center has had several businesses leasing it as a professional alternative health and natural hair salon for many years. Barbara’s staff has provided wellness and Ayurvedic spa services, including skin and spa body treatments. The Sonoma Holistic Center and the Spa host a variety of events. The Spa provides couples, friends and family members an alternative medical professional office location. Highly rated by happy clients living in wine country and travelers from the world over, with over a hundred reviews from the spa’s webpage and Travelzoo, an internet advertiser.
