Tate Estates

I am a fan of estate sales and when Tate estate is having a sale I will go our of my way to attend I have never walked away empty handed. They are very selective and I appreciate knowing it is going to be worth my trip to where they are.
Clean High Class stuff worth the trip to see what they have and well priced, I also appreciate ½ price at noon on Sun.

I have been to several estate sales through Tate Estates and have found that each one of them has been professionally run by Diana and Michael and their team of associates has always been incredibly helpful when answering questions during the sale.
Their sales are reasonably priced, well put together, and well displayed.

Fantastic; highest recommendation. Professional, organized, communicative, respectful. We needed Diana and Michael for a large sale within a tight time frame, and they came through for us and made everything happen with as little pain as possible. I hesitate to share how many «little extra things» they did for us to facilitate a quick emptying of our property, for fear of creating those expectations for everybody! :) But suffice it to say that they were everything we could have asked for in an estate sale company, and more. Their staff is quick, efficient, and personable, and everyone worked with a calm demeanor and a smile. Thank you all for your amazing efforts!!!

Diana and Michael are amazing at what they do. They are so warm and friendly yet confident and capable. They are very knowledgable and have a lot of connections in terms of collectors and people to ask if they aren’t sure what an item’s worth is. I really felt confident that they were working hard to get the most money for my belongings when we liquidated our estate prior to our big move. I really felt like I could trust Michael and Diana, which is so important in this business! I left my home and all my belongings in their hands for 3 days and didn’t worry for a second! They spent 3 days in my home selling my items but came several days before the sale to set up and price things. From they day we met the week before the sale, Diana began marketing the sale and gaining interest in several different platforms. Seriously working hard from day 1!
It was such a relief to have them and their sales and marketing expertise taking on this huge project of liquidating our home. It was shocking to come home after being gone for the weekend to just a few bags of things that didn’t sell (which Diana helped me find a charity to donate to.) I had no idea the crowds they would bring! They really got the job done. I definitely recommend using them for your selling needs and attending sales they host. Honest, trustworthy, dependable, knowledgable, personable, hardworking… couldn’t ask for anything more!

I attended my first estate sale which was hosted by Tate Estates. As a novice, I had a number of questions which Diana and her staff was more than willing to answer. Everyone was friendly and cordial which helped to make my first experience a very pleasant one.
