Prior to co-​founding WildFireWeb Inc, Blaine owned and operated BLT Studios, a private IT consulting company providing consulting and resource services covering all aspects of IT management, service and support for individuals, private businesses, schools, school districts and Universities, specializing in system integration, network infrastructure, design, hardware & software installations, upgrades, and end user support and instruction.

Supporting technology in Education since 1985, Blaine is a devoted school advocate, working for, within and alongside California’s public and private school system since 1985.

Along with his long time business partner Steve Sweet, Blaine co-​founded WildFireWeb Inc. in 2005.
