AAA Wesco Carpet Cleaning

Hiring the company came with a myriad of problems. I found this company on Unilocal and it got good reviews so I emailed the owner. He was very nice and we had a number of messages back and forth before I booked the appointment at my home at pine mountain lake .
The van showed up at my house and backed in to my driveway. Unfortunately, he backed right in to my house and damaged a post that was connected to my house. The technician got out of his van and I showed him the damaged post. He responded that my husband could probably fix it. I asked him for his insurance and he called the owner Jeff. I spoke to Jeff and he assured me the insurance would take care of it. His insurance finally resolved the matter after 3 months of contact by me.
Getting back to the carpet, the technician cleaned the small area of carpet and then brought me the bill. Not only was the amount exorbitant, but he told me there would be an additional $ 40 charge for travel to pml. I was never informed of the additional charge by the owner .
End result was overinflated charge for carpet cleaning and damage to my house. Never again will I use this company

This company was very prompt in returning calls and scheduling. The technician, Dave, arrived early for the cleaning appt. and did an excellent and thorough job. Even the high traffic areas look like new. We would not hesitate to use them again. Very fair price too.

Our carpets look like new! Jeff did an excellent job and was very thorough. We had a great experience with AAA Wesco Carpet Cleaning and will call on them again in the future.
