We recently had to have two propane tanks moved onto our properties Drew worked with us to determine the best placement for the tanks and the process to get the work done.
The day the tanks were installed Drew and Luke arrived on time and stayed until the end of the day when the process was complete.
Both Drew and Luke were very professional and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend the Services of Campora Propane.

I just want to pass along my appreciation for the exceptional customer service provided by Campora Propane and specifically by Luke and his supervisor Drew.
On the day of the appointment Luke arrived promptly at our residence, introduced himself, and took the time to explain what he would be doing.
Part of the installation involved the conversion of our new gas dryer to LP. As such, Luke called and consulted with Drew, who arrived a few minutes later. The conversion was particularly difficult, as it required a complete dis-​assembly of the dryer to access the burner. In the middle of this process Drew discovered that there were parts missing from the LP conversion kit. He patiently explained to me what was wrong and what would be required to complete the conversion. He offered to return later in the day to complete the conversion if I was able to locate a conversion kit with all of the necessary parts. Fortunately I did, and Drew returned later that day to complete the conversion, and also the installation, of the dryer.
Luke also went above and beyond the call of duty. I had asked to have a shut-​off valve installed next to our dwelling. Luke surveyed the situation and determined that it would not be a problem, but he did not have all of the necessary parts with him. He completed all of the other inspection work, and assisted Drew, and then returned later, beyond normal working hours, to complete the installation.
Both Luke and Drew were polite, courteous, and simply a pleasure to be around. They both went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the job was successfully completed. As a telecom service manager for the City of San Francisco, I can say that they both exemplify the true spirit of customer service.
