Specialties
Level One Web Design is a web design and web development company co-founded by Thomas Jay & Kraig Sederquist. We specialize in custom WordPress websites and other CMS’s as well as E-Commerce websites. We take great pride in creating clean, semantic code that is accessible for all users. We also have a lot of experience in search engine optimization and ranking. We offer web maintenance services for most sites, even if we didn’t create the original site. We also create custom web banners. Typically, these are IAB standard sizes, but we make custom sizes as well. We have nearly 30 years of combined web experience and know what it takes to make you a site your company can be proud of. Our philosophy is that «we only succeed when you do», so we make sure you’re happy with your new website.
History
Established in 2011.
Level One Web Design is a web design and web development company co-founded by Thomas Jay & Kraig Sederquist. Kraig and Thomas have been working together for five years prior to beginning their own design and development company. The time was right for them to break-off and start their own business. Having worked on sites like Black Oak Casino, Golden State Cellular, Sonora Police Department, Mother Lode Bank, Hinderer Knives, Predator Motor Sports and so many more you can see on our website Portfolio page. It’s clear to see that we take great pride in our work and treat each and every job as important, no matter the size of the project.
Meet the Business Owner
Thomas J.
Business Owner
I’m a co-owner of Level One Web Design, along with the incredibly talented designer, Kraig Sederquist.
I was born and raised in Modesto, CA. Always interested in art, (especially comic book style illustrating), I moved to Arizona and achieved a degree in Graphic Design. I’ve been working in the web since 1997 and during that time, have owned my own successful online retail store that I later sold in order to get deeper into web development. I then spent a few years at a Web Hosting company where I did advanced level support which cemented my knowledge in how all the various parts of the internet work together.
During those same years, I worked side-projects, learning the art & science of web design. I have now been a full-time Web Design & Developer since 2007 and have worked on numerous web projects, both large and small. My goal is to make each project better than the last. I strive to use cleaner, faster, and more semantic code, that meets strictest accessibility guidelines.
