Old Skool Pie is a Wood Fire Pizza mobile Food Truck specializing in special event catering. Our rig is a fun show stopping centerpiece which we have custom built from a 1957 Chevy pickup trailer. Onboard, the handmade clay pizza oven turns out a pie a minute from its 900 degree inferno. Hand tossing our fresh homemade dough allows for a thin, yet air filled crust. When combined with our simple crafted recipes, high quality ingredients and culinary expertise; our pizza is a proven crowd pleaser. Old Skool Pie is for hire for all events, public and private.
