Excel Performance is owned and operated by Jill McCormick, PT. Jill specializes in manual therapy, postural re-​education and functional assessment/​rehab. This practice is unique in that Jill spends a full hour working one on one with each patient. She practices both direct and indirect manual techniques such as Active Release Technique (ART), Graston, myofascial release, and ortho-​bionomy to achieve skeletal alignment and connective tissue, or fascial, release. Jill’s goal is to leave you feeling remarkably better after each and every session.

I first went to Jill 2 ½ years ago for a 15-​year old injury. Within 6 sessions Jill had completely eradicated all pain, realigned my hips and helped me change the way I sit, move, lift, and run in order to prevent re-​injury.
Then, this year, after months of prolonged sitting for both work and study, a new issue popped up with my lower back. My back was on the verge of «going out» for 3 months before I finally decided to get help. Jill has «magic» hands that not only identify the problem areas, but through minute movements help readjust the body to a more natural and «correct» form.
Jill’s work has helped me stay active and able to exercise while addressing what could be debilitating pain.
I cannot give high enough praise for all that she has done to help me heal.

Jill spent 45 minutes today working on my knee that has been bothering me for 3 weeks with no relief. By the end of our session, the pain was gone and I took part in a Crossfit workout that tested the knee with squats, step-​ups, and rowing. Even at the end of the workout, no pain. Magic! Her hands-​on poking, stretching, manipulation and treatment was spot-​on. Thank you, Jill, for keeping me moving.
