We are a bonded, licensed and insured housecleaning services that has been in business over 31 years. We are a team cleaning company, the first of it’s kind in the Santa Cruz area. We provide all environmentally safe cleaning products. The employees are very well trained. They have all been with me over 5 years and up to 18 years. An estimate will be done for you. At the estimate, you can request the services you would like done. Customers will be called as a reminder before each visit. If you have any special requests, you can ask for them at this time.

History

Established in 1984.

This business started by working for Borland in Scotts Valley. They had many people designing products for them from all over the world. We picked up the contract to provide housekeeping for their employees. That started a huge undertaking. From there we went to working for the Real Estate Companies that were providing temporary housing to these people. The business grew leaps and bounds. We started doing the cleaning for all the Real Estate Companies involved in vacation rentals. Sometime we would do 35 rentals in one day. It was amazing. Now we don’t do as many vacation rentals, but have concentrated on residential cleanings, move-​outs and move-​ins.
