Although GDC Companies was just formed in 2014, it’s start was actually in 2004 as the owners both started their own perspective businesses that year and decided they would be able to broaden their services offerings for customers by partnering up and merging their companies together as a new business entity.

Business Owner

GDC Companies is the result of a merger of businesses between the owners. The owners decided to combine their businesses together to offer a wide variety of services for homeowners and businesses in the Illinois/​Wisconsin state line area. Dan has over 15 years of construction and remodeling experience while Tim has almost 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Their partnership allows GDC Companies to complete just about any service needed for residential, commercial or industrial properties.
