Established in 1955.

The company was founded by Wilbur Donovan Mink in 1955 as a remodeling and home builder in St. Joseph County. Fifty nine years later we are still providing those services. Now owned by a second generation, Ralph Mink continues to operate the business by assisting our customers with their remodeling, repair and building needs from design to finish of construction.

In 1973 Ralph entered the business as a carpenters helper. Forty years later he has worked in all aspects of the business from carpenter, job foreman, sales, estimating and administration.
