My husband took our 18 year old Altima for a flex pipe replacement that another mechanic was unable to do. Basically we googled muffler repair and this place came up. We made an appointment, dropped the car the next night & before noon the next day the car was ready to go. My husband paid them over the phone and we picked the car up after hours.
I highly recommend them for your muffler & really any car repairs! We’ll definitely use them again if we ever need this type of work done again!

Decided to give this shop a try because I’m not feeling very appreciated over at the dealership (higher prices, surprise work needed, very long wait even with appointments). Really nice guys at the shop. Even took me out into the work area to show me some things about my car… never get to talk with the person doing the work at the dealership! Anyway, just had front break pads and rotors replaced on my Lexus RX350. Very happy with the price and how quick the work was completed. They asked for my future business and they are going to get it. Just called to schedule an appointment to take my husbands car in tomorrow for an oil change and tire check. Dropped a star only because the wait area is tired and cold but was only there for 45 minutes so…

I also am an out-​of-​towner in South Bend, but needed exhaust work on my 12-​year-​old SUV. I got an estimate at Guaranteed based solely on the Unilocal reviews. To my surprise, they put my car up at 4:40 pm (they closed at 5) and had the work done by 5:10 pm for $ 100! I was bracing myself for needing to do much more extensive work than that. Was very grateful for their honesty, excellent pricing, and eagerness to help me out. (The lobby could use some new carpet and seating though, guys… that was the only reason I took off a star.)

We had an unusual chattering noise from under our Chevy Tahoe and a severe shimmy in the front end while driving to visit our daughter at college. We saw the one review of this shop and gave it a try. The review was spot on. It is so pleasing to find capable and honest repair shops. This one is a keeper for us. They found two bad U-​joints and bad rear brakes. The car rides great now, and we are glad our trip home will be a safe one.
