The Karl Weis Auto shop is great! You do not need an appointment for an estimate (which only takes about 10 minutes) and they make sure to tell you all of the options for the body work. They gave me a great deal and compromised with what work I wanted to have done on my car so that I could get the best price.
I could tell that they really care about customer satisfaction and professionalism, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Amazing family business feel with very professional people working there. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a body shop!

Never had a more professional encounter than I had at Karl Weis. Got an estimate started immediately after pulling in from friendly staff and an extremely competitive rate. Dennis and Gary both stepped out with me, looked at my car, and consulted to make sure to had everything correct.

The repairs were completed on time and in line with the estimate (i.e. no hidden costs!).
Dorothy and Gary in the office are always pleasant and make the process as easy as possible. They worked with me to arrange a convenient time to pick up the vehicle after hours.
The repairs are always perfect and they even detail the vehicle for no additional charge!
