Paralegal Support Services Inc. is a Delaware corporation that provides freelance virtual paralegal support services for attorneys through our HIPAA-​compliant secure cloud server remotely on an as-​needed basis.

For large overflow projects, we organize and manage teams of virtual paralegals to get work done efficiently, effectively, and intelligently for attorneys.

We have our own HIPAA-​Compliant 256-​AES SSL secure encrypted virtual cloud computing platform for file uploads, file sharing, online chat, document collaboration, and email for all virtual paralegal projects to preserve attorney-​client privilege and confidentiality in everything that we do.

We invoice the law firm and the law firm pays our invoice like it would any other vendor as a tax deductible business expense instead of as a traditional employee payroll W2 expense.

Attorneys only use our paralegals when they need them, and only pay for the services they use.

We free up virtual paralegals to do what they do best (legal work) and not get bogged down in dealing with marketing, website building and administration. We free up the attorney to work seamlessly without dealing with how to transmit information, communicate, and deal with payroll and accounting matters that are outside of the business model for traditional law firms.

Sunita Advaney, Paralegal & Chief Executive Officer for Paralegal Support Services Inc., has over 20 years of experience providing legal support services for attorneys in firms of various sizes primarily in the areas of Litigation, Contracts, Bankruptcy, and Intellectual Property Law.

Sunita Advaney completed her ABA-​Approved Paralegal Certificate at Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL in 1997. She was recommended to the program by Rod Joslin (deceased), former managing partner of Jenner & Block in Chicago, IL; and Mel Katten, founder of Katten Muchin Rosenman in Chicago, IL and current Vice Chair on the Board of Trustees at Roosevelt University.

Sunita Advaney has an A.A. Degree in Business Communications (summa cum laude) from College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, IL, where she won over 30 awards in forensic speech competitions for her writing and presentation skills
