Lobby had a funny smell. Really bade. Like sewer. WiFi is horrible. Like dial up. Time to upgrade. Rooms are ok.

This place is legit! Stayed here for the ND game. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the grounds are. Greeted when we arrived. There is a fireplace to welcome you in the lobby as well.
Breakfast is included– Huge. Plus they have waffles.
The rooms are suites with mini-​kitchens. They even have plates, silverware and storage containers. You could totally post up shop here for a week or two and not have to eat out every night.

Stayed two nights here for my friend’s wedding at Notre Dame.
I was basically an extra pair of hands during the weekend of the wedding, running errands, shuttling things between guests and rooms, etc. and often got room keys all bungled up. The staff was always kind and courteous about providing me with new room keys every time I managed to lock myself out.
The complimentary breakfast provided was filling and tasty. The place itself fairly new and clean plus the beds are comfortable. I’m easily squeamish when it comes to hotel rooms and this place was just great. I’d stay here once more if I’m ever in the area again!
