Description

Specialties

We specialize in serious personal injury cases. Unlike many firms, we only take a small number of cases each year. We are local. We don’t have offices all over the state. We don’t have hundreds of cases for each attorney.

This allows us to give each case the personalized attention needed to win. It also allows us to prepare each case like we are going to trial. This is THE ONLY way an insurance company will take your case seriously.

We are always happy to give free consultations. We never pressure you to hire us. No fee unless you make a recovery.

History

Established in 1985.

Charlie Sweeney started his practice decades ago. He was one of the first attorneys in South Bend to exclusively practice personal injury law. Over the years, he has practiced with some of the most preeminent attorneys in Indiana. In 2001, he took on Franklin Julian as an associate. In 2005, Frank Julian purchased the law firm and the name changed to Sweeney Julian.

Please ask the attorneys at Sweeney Julian to talk about their record of verdicts and settlements in personal injury cases. Sweeney Julian NEVER represents insurance companies and does not collect a fee unless you make a recovery.
