Gazebo Apartments is part of Pillsbury Senior Communities and is a Level III Residential Care Facility, licensed and registered by the Vermont Department of Aging and Independent Living.

At Gazebo Apartments, we offer stages of assisted services, so as your needs change and you need more assistance, we can increase the help you receive.

Pillsbury Senior Communities consists of 5 senior living communities in South Burlington, VT and one community in St. Albans, VT which offer Supportive Independent Living and Residential Care apartments.

When seniors need help with their daily activities, we offer safe and secure communities where nurses and aides are available to respond to personal needs. We encourage our residents to live as independently as they can, but our trained staff are always available 24 hours a day. Special arrangements are available to couples with varying needs of care.

History

Established in 1985.

Vermont family owned and operated, Pillsbury Senior Communities have been serving the needs of seniors for over 25 years. Founded in 1985 by Bill and Mary Spalding, our first community offered assisted living services in a residential setting. The family commitment to senior care continues with addition of their daughter, Christina Espe to the management team as Vice President.

Pillsbury Senior Communities currently serves over 200 seniors. We now offer assisted care and independent living in five different communities in South Burlington: Allenwood, Harborborview, Gazebo Apartments, Pillsbury Manor North and Pillsbury Manor South. Our sixth location, Homestead, opened in St. Albans in August 2012.

Many members of our highly trained and professional staff have been with our company for over 20 years. Their goal is to ensure that our residents are comfortable and happy and that their environment is home-​like and safe.
