T.S. Peck Insurance

I had to place my first claim with TS Peck since I started doing business with them several years ago. My agent, Monique was prompt, courteous and professional in handling my claim and getting it filed immediately. My accident (hit by a non-​licensed and uninsured driver) happened on 12/​20, I sent over the police report on 12/​21, got a call that afternoon by the claims adjustor with the claim information, got my 2 repair quotes the following day and by 12/​24, I had a check in hand to repair the car. I can’t say enough good things about dealing with this company. They made the process easy and hassle free.

John and Linda have been nothing but helpful in the years we’ve been with TS Peck. I work from home, but it requires me to have Skype on for impromptu meetings with my boss and other associates. I don’t have time to sit the phone. My husband’s job bars him from making any phone calls while at work, and he’s often home later than 5pm. Handling our policy questions and transactions online is essential.
We have a teen driver, who is about to get $ 7,000 braces, so adding her to our policy required us to find the best deal possible when we’re also paying $ 180 a month for braces and have just paid for a new septic system. They did go above and beyond to find us the best possible rate, answering questions minutes within my asking them via email. I appreciate that level of service in a world where so many companies insist on you calling them.

I acquired a car from my dad in VT over the summer. I reside in FL, and was trying to get onto my dad’s insurance. The agents at T.S. Peck were very professional and friendly. Even though it was not possible with me being added onto the VT insurance (I didn’t know any better), they went down the proper avenue to provide me great service and helped me get onto Progressive Insurance.
The agents were extremely helpful and friendly. If I ever move back up north, they would be my choice for insurance. Reasonable prices and great service.
