The service was fine for the chip in my window, setting up the appointment over the phone took 17 minutes! The guy on the phone was jerking around with the prices for the repair and coming to my house charges. He started out at $ 75.00 then put me on hold, then $ 60.00, put me on hold then $ 50.00. Started out at $ 19.95 for the house visit, put me on hold and said zero dollars. With tax total charge was $ 54.00. Don’t understand why he jerked me around for so long and every time he came back on the phone he acted like he was doing me a BIG favor. Really? I’ve done business with the WIndsheild Doctor for many, many years and this is the first time I had to go through this crap. Totally unnecessary. I am not impressed by this at all.
