Bigelow Fleming Construction Managers is headquartered in South Easton, MA and serves the New England region, with a focus on Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

We have over 25 years of industry experience building laboratories, hospital and healthcare facilities, classrooms, retail locations, offices, and research centers. Specializing in these specific, highly complex projects allows us to make them as safe and functional as possible.

We provide a thorough understanding of how new spaces within larger operations need to function, as well as the personal attention necessary to create a custom facility that suits the client’s specific needs. We strive to share our clients’ perspective and understand their vision so that we can make it a reality.

Tom Bigelow and Kevin Fleming founded Bigelow Fleming in 2000 after partnering on a multimillion dollar industrial project for a Fortune 500 company. After undertaking several additional projects for local institutions together, they identified an underserved gap in the industry for consultative, client-​centric expertise specific to the research space. Since their former company did not have the equipment, expertise or infrastructure necessary to address this need, Tom and Kevin developed a specialized business model that leveraged their mutual knowledge of the industry to build a new and innovative company of their own – Bigelow Fleming.
