I had to bring my car here to fix after a collision, unfortunately it happened more then ones but luckily it wasn’t my fault :/​Every time I brought my car here, this guys managed to make me feel better about it. The special care they took at my car from the first moment I stepped in assured me that they will do a great job and fast and it was exactly that, Sherry was my assessor, she was wonderful, so helpful, understanding and loving (I know, those are rare qualities today, right? :)) she promised to take care of my car as fast as possible and she did, within one day she called me to let me know that my car is ready, super fast :) I was so happy. That is not the first time they are doing a superb job on my cars. I am absolutely recommend this place with warmth. This place is amazing, so if you would like to get a great service and a great job done on your car this is your place :) thank you caliber for being wonderful.

Fast & amazing service. The manager greeted me and the receptionist was very attentive. Went in there to remove minor scratches from my car, and came out withing 20minutes.

Came here because my bfs car was rear ended and the ladies insurance (geico) wanted us to take the car here for an estimate. We already had gotten our own estimate just in case they try to give us a low amount. So we set up an appointment and we ended up getting the exact amount we wanted. We wanted the exact amount of the original oem bumper, no China parts. And extra for the labor and paint. They gave us a check to pick our own auto body shop. They didn’t mess around and try to low ball us so that was awesome ! Good customer service!

Very friendly shop and fix our car in no time and keep updating the status all the time via smartphone. Will definitely come again for great customer service

Chose this place because of the review. Didn’t get the chance to do business with them. I was supposed to have my car inspected and dropped off through the Geico express fix program. Scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance, then drove in the monsoonal rain yesterday to get here, just to hear them say «system is down you’ll have to reschedule». Very rude service from the receptionist and the Geico appraiser herself, who appear to be family members. Really? No courtesy call? No alternative way of filling out your paperwork? No you shall not get my business.

Excellent customer service! I made an appointment for a free estimate through my insurance. They were very helpful and explained everything to me in detail. Kenny was so respectful and nice! The receptionist even offered me something to drink while I was waiting. I could tell that the employees really like working together by the way they were speaking to each other. I would definitely come back for repair work. I’m sure they would do an excellent job! Good customer service is so hard to come by these days. This place really values the customer!

Great customer service. I called prior to coming in and was given a time frame and estimate of time it would take. I was on lunch so time was a big factor.
Will, the rep, looked at the scratches on my vehicle and wanted to try buffing them out. Within about 5 mins my car was ready. The scratches no longer visible… and he washed it!

New favorite auto body shop! This place got my car in on a Wednesday within 2 hours of the accident, and I picked up my car Friday around 5! They kept me updated throughout the service via texts and calls and were very friendly throughout the whole process. Special kudos to Shari! If I ever get in another collision, (knock on wood), I know where I’m taking my car

I had some work done on my car back in November at the Irvine location. Since that work was done, I have switched jobs and no longer work in Irvine but I work in El Monte. I had some issues with the work that was done on my car from the Irvine location. The issues were not big, I had new belts installed and as the temperature changed from winter to summer they needed to be adjusted. I called Dave who is the manager of the El Monte location, told him about my issue and asked if he could help. He said yes, he got me in, he got my car repaired and I was out in less than an hour. Thank you Dave great job.

Receptionist was the best! Offered refreshments and had a self serve popcorn box.
Johnnathan helped out a lot, and was super friendly and understanding.
TL;DR: My car’s front bumper looked better than before the accident!

I have worked with this Company two times now. When I first came they were going through a management change. I guess they had their issues? I had a writer who is no longer there which is fine by me. I have a Chevy Suburban which was there last year, and by the time it left. I was very happy with the management, the Service, and work. They worked with me, and understood my concerns. The staff who worked on my vehicle did a great Job. I could not be happier with the work done The shop Foreman was a well attuned lady! Last week I brought in my BMW, I was hopping I find all the same managers. Not all were there. The main Manger was gone, and they had a Manager who I had not meet. I did have a new writer. A little concern came up on my end especially when you consider I know what I’m talking about, and I want somthing fair. I didn’t get one of these out last year. My BMW is not out of the shop yet. But I’m confident of this new Manager, and how he has treated me that the completed product will be the same as my truck. So I’m writing this early to express that I like this shop. The people who run it. I’m not easy to work with but I’m fair. So I’m happy when a Manager listens gets all his information then makes that decision. This is my second time here, and as long as I need a service like this. Then this is my body shop…

Got my car fixed here after I got in an accident.
This location used to be L Monty Auto Shop.
Service was friendly. Fixed my car within a week.
Car costed about $ 1800 to fix but only paid $ 1000 for my deductible.
Would come back because they fixed my car nicely and it is super close to my house.

I would’ve loved to have given them more stars but… They just didn’t get it right the first time. They were very polite (especially the receptionist). HOWEVER I thought everything was great once I picked up my car except there were dirty finger prints ALL OVER THE INSIDE (inside my car) OF MY ROOF OF MY BRAND NEW CAR! They did body work on the roof and didn’t even bother cleaning it once they were done. I was LIVID 2days later when I noticed it. To top it off the window molding was completely popped off hanging off my window! It was so embarrassing when I was driving family members around and they pointed it out! I had to TAKE IT BACK on my day off to get it cleaned. I’ll never go here again.

I’m giving this place a three out of five.
All the people that work here are pretty nice over all, but the actual service is below mediocre. We had schedule an appointment for 6pm one day and we had gone a bit early to the appointment just to see if possible they could attend attend us earlier if there wasn’t anyone in front of us.
There were people in front of us and it was ok we understood and waited about half hour for our appointment. Only to wait a long time after our appointment to be attended.
Sure if it was maybe 5 minutes after our appointment that would’ve been understandable but it was a lot longer than that!!! We pretty much waited about 2 hours total only of them to put marks on our truck showing the areas that were affected in our accident. A client of theirs hit my pregnant mom on the freeway.
Anyway, after that day the truck stayed there for examination, ended up being a total loss for us.
When we came back to pick up the truck, they made us wait about an hour only to return he truck to us that was it. And to further finish up the long wait, they had not even washed the marks off the truck after the gentleman that marked it down promised us they would wash it. So what I think would be helpful to say is that this place is unreliable.
Another thing I would like to add in is the lady at the front desk was kind and helpful she’s the only one that was really on top of her job-​thank you I think her name was January or Janine.
Overall if you are coming here remember to expect to wait a long time after you’re appointment time!!!

Caliber collision is the place man, they fix any damage back to lookin when you rolled it off the lot. If you come here ask for Angel he’ll set you up. Recommend to anyone
