This is the place to go if you want your car worked on by honest auto mechanics that will do competent work and not rip you off. They didn’t try to get me to have them do work that that isn’t called for, like some other places I’ve been to.
Jackson and Leo did excellent work on my car, did it on schedule, with full disclosure and communication of what was to be done and why. They are thorough and take care of details beyond the minimum necessary, in the interest of build a lasting relationship with an eye for repeat business next time service is due.
I have a pretty good mechanical background myself, but have handicaps nowadays that prevent me from doing my own work, and frankly, they do it better than I could anyhow. They are pros and have the right equipment and experience and do it properly, I am very pleased.
I took a 500 mile trip the day after they replaced the timing belt, water pump and idlers (standard maintenance service), installed new struts (at my request), a new radiator and hoses (Jackson showed me where the original radiator had crazing and thermal cracks and was likely going to be an issue soon), turned the front brake rotors, as he determined they needed it and it fixed the issue I was having, and numerous other smaller tuneup and maintenance type details like changing fluids. The car ran flawlessly on the trip, better than it ever has, and handled superbly!
I highly recommend N & J Auto for honest competent work and good preventative maintenance and they won’t take advantage of you. Give them a try, you will be glad you did.

Forced to come back here (not because of no other options, because something broke) a couple days ago.
A cheap $ 8 part caused a huge oil leak/​mess. Jackson inspected everything and gave his recommendations and I ended up spending close to 1k for parts and labor added up altogether (he didn’t supply the majority of them, I got them somewhere else).
It’s a lot, but I won’t be taking my car (current or future) anywhere else except here to him. He knows what he’s talking about and won’t tell you to replace something just to make some money off of you. Very straightforward and gives you nothing but his opinion. I believe in preventive maintenance so instead of having just those one or two broken parts replaced, I had all 9 of them done.
Now, the car feels way faster, roars through the RPM range all the way to the redline, and is much smoother.
I’ve been to over 10 mechanics, and most were within a couple miles from me. The fact that I’d drive all the way to here even with the crappy, uneven, bumpy streets in an unfamiliar city should tell you that this place is the real deal.

Probably too much as well… We all want an honest mechanic who knows his stuff and gets your car up and running in record times and won’t charge you an arm and a leg, and somehow watch out for your wallet for you on repair and maintenance.

N&J services all my and my parents cars in my household since 1991 in different locations. Owner is very honest and great service. They have a decent parking lot so very easy to get the car out there.

They’re really knowledgable and the best of all is that they’re the CHEAPEST around in terms of price and HIGHEST in quality. TRUST ME, I know cars and I do shop around for other shops. N&J does an excellent work.
A couple of years ago, my car won’t start in the morning. Instead of having me tow my car to his shop, he gave me a free advice. There was a green plastic module below the fuel injector that he ask me to tap a few times… MY CAR STARTS! Now he could’ve easily made money off me, instead he gave me free advice. I saved lots of money too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP.
