I came in today to upgrade to the Iphone 6s and couldn’t be happier with the service i was provided. Steve Camacho, Luis Ramos and Luis Perez were all very helpful in making sure i got exactly what i needed and left the store happy. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable about the service they provide as well as the products they carry. I drove 25 miles just to come to this store because i know they always do a great job and never disappoint. I definitely recommend coming to this Sprint location.

So many bad reviews about this store, but I go to a Sprint Corporate store & get treated like crap, have to wait forever, or only get attention if I’m willing to buy something. But here, the staff is so friendly. I don’t get where people say they’re rude jerks. Especially Luis he’s amazing & always gets us helped out no matter what our problem is, always gives us suggestions and never makes us feel pressured. Never had a bad experience here. I would rather come to this 3^rd party store than the other ⁵⁄₆ corporate stores they have me running around like a chicken with my head cut off too. This store is THE REASON we have been with sprint for 4+ years. Every time a corporate store pisses me off and makes me want to leave Sprint, I come to this store & I always end up staying!

Bad customer service. I came in looking to renew my phone contract for my mom and myself. I was looking to buy the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Our line was up for an upgrade. Prior to coming in I researched how much it would cost to participate in the Sprint buyback program for my iPhone 5. It specifically stated $ 200. They would not honor that price and stated they could only do $ 100, even when it specifically states online that a Sprint store will honor this quote. They would not budge and told us to come back and «maybe the price will change tomorrow.» You’re better off ordering online and saving your money on gas even if you do live down the street.

Best customer service. The sales reps are very attentive and professional. Luis helped me out and was very sweet. He knew what he was doing and got me in and out. He was funny and down to earth. Love coming to this place.

First of all I’d like to say that my one star goes to the only employee worth one. Louis, not sure if thats how you spell it, but he literally is the only person who knows how to act in a place of business here and I truly am sorry that you are surrounded by a bunch of jerks. So I came in to activate a phone I purchased through a friend because I had lost my previous phone earlier that day. Keep in mind this phone is brand new straight out of the box. I walk in and am not greeted until an associate looks over to who I ;ayer find out is the store manager (total AHOLE!) and asks him to help me. He looks up, sighs and rudely says «What can I help you with?» I told him what i needed help with and he plugs in my phone, doesn’t smile once just plays on his own phone. Turns out this guy has no idea what he’s doing, which is sad because according to his name tag he’s the store manager. He’s acting like a complete douche bag because he can’t figure it out, and I wasn’t even mad I was just in shock on how rude this guy is. Seriously Sprint you guys hire this guy of all the people who need jobs you hire the rudest discurtious man on the planet. ??? REally disappointed in this company. Anyway this other guy walks in and the manager is clearly irritated cause he can’t figure it out and tells him to help me and he’s like let me clock in first, while the manager keeps pushing the phone toward him and then continues playing on his phone. Luckily the guy who helped me figured it all out and sent me on my way with a SMILE. Really not that hard to do Store Manager!!! Anyways, worst customer service and luckily someone was able to help me.

This place has the worst service. A bunch of lazy guys who just stand around and crack jokes and are on there phones. Ive been there 3 times to get my phone repaired and they told me I needed a new battery and just sent me home. I went back the next day upset because I knew it wasn’t my battery finally they decided to look at it, when the assistant manager got there I assumed the employees would get there shit together but nope, assistant manager was as rude as his employees. Ended up leaving with my phone the same they said everything was fine, so I decided to go to the sprint store in west Covina & they helped me out so much even ordered me a new phone because the phone I had was defected. Never will I go back to this sprint store in El Monte! Horrible service. A bunch of lazy guys. ! That’s why it’s always empty! fuck these foos!

This place is horrible. The assistant manager has the attitude of some extremely self entitled dictator and helps the customers he seems to like FIRST. I arrived there at maybe 4:30 pm or so and when they finally saw me they basically did NOTHING for me. I had purchased a used/​pre-​owned phone online through the Sprint website (something the people at this store or the other two stores I called [montebello and baldwin park] failed to understand the five million times I explained it to them) and it turned out that the phone was still connected to the previous owners account. So i’m thinking maybe this store is just a room filled with phones to be sold at ridiculous prices by complete idiots. They told me they couldn’t do anything there for me and recommended I go to the Montebello or Baldwin Park store. So I go home. Today I call the BP store and the gentleman answering the phone sounds completely unprofessional, answering me as if he absolutely hates being there and is burdened by my phonecall, so after a few annoying minutes I end up hanging up on him. Sprint really needs to hire people who are friendly. Not soulless jerks who just want to get a large paycheck because they work for a large company like Sprint. And if anyone comes in there with anything other than an Iphone that person is seen as some sort of alien. As if owning anything other than an iphone is inconceivable and you ought to be shunned or something. NEWS FLASH IPHONE USERS: YOU’RE GETTING RIPPED OFF. Android phones can do more than your locked down iphones can ever dream of doing.
Long story short: this place is absolutely horrendous. If you can find a store with quick genuine service, KEEP THAT ONE. This or the other two stores (BP and Montebello) are probably not those stores. I will be cancelling my service with Sprint soon. T-​mobile offers equal plans for far less and has to have better customer service based on what i’ve experienced.

I went in today for service/​repair for my iPhone 5. It was my first time at this location. I usually go to Baldwin Park by Walmart but this one is much closer to where I live. When I arrived no other customers were there so I didn’t have to wait (which is a plus because I was in a hurry). The guy that helped me Freddy was very helpful, knowledgable and understanding. He listened to my concern and provided options that I had not been told of in the past. I am very satisfied with the service at this location, very clean and ‘roomy’. will return here again when needed :-)

This review is for service and repair only.
When I first got my phone and a year and a half ago, the Montebello store told I had to find a store that specifically did repairs (apparently, not all Sprints do this). They ended up sending me to Glendale and the wait was INSANE. Luckily, Portos was only steps away but the wait was at least 2 – 3 hours. Even those with appointments had to wait.
Today I dropped by the El Monte store which is located in Plaza del Sol near Superior Market, Marshalls, Panda Express, Del Taco, etc. I was having an issue with my touchscreen. I dropped off my phone in less than ten minutes without a wait and came back two hours later (the time he needed to repair it) and Alex had it ready and was super friendly. Stellar service! Oh and because I have phone insurance it was free!
Not the nicest part of town but WAY better than wasting my afternoon at the Glendale store. You aren’t steps from potato balls but you aren’t too far from King Taco! I am a tad hesitant to review because more people might find out about it and my non-​existent wait might turn into hours! But hey, I’m a Unilocaler and I like to share.
