Waited 2 weeks to come back for a 2 day job. Charged for a part they damaged. Never again.

Great service!!! Josh was our technician, very nice, very polite and went above and beyond. We found out the last company really messed up our furnace. Josh did all he could to make it right… including an annoying rattle but that was all about the installation! We will call them again for our air conditioner in spring and of course our furnace cleaning next winter. Call them they will do right by you!

These guys are great! Last night I woke up at 3 in the morning to feed my 10 week old only to find out our furnace stopped running and our house was 61 degrees. My husband and I looked up a bunch of reviews on Unilocal and decided to go with J N J because of all the great reviews… I’m glad we did! I called and left a message and was called back in 10 min. I spoke with Josh and explained to him what was going on and was told he would be here in a half hour, I’m pretty sure it was shorter than that!
Not only did he get here quick, he was so respectful that I had a sleeping 10 week old in the other room and came in super quiet and worked quietly as well! The problem was diagnosed within 10 minutes and our heat was back on and running! They also don’t charge you an arm and a leg to come out in the middle of the night!
Thank you J N J! I will now be using you for all my heating and cooling needs!

The folks at JNJ don’t know what Customer Service is, as they specialize in Customer DELIGHT. Props to Jason and the crew for helping me out with my furnace over the holidays. Whether it was on Christmas Day, or New Year’s Eve — they were happy to assist.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jason (Owner), Aaron, and LeRoy. I have had nothing but trouble with my air conditioner supplied to me by a national home builder. I asked Jason to come in and look at my unit as I suspected something severely wrong with it and I had that gut feeling that I was being given the run around. Jason confirmed my suspicions and even went further to show me other major issues that were happening with my system.
Jason took time out of his busy day to stop by and do a complete modern J calculation of my house by hand and showed me that my system was undersized. (I had a suspicion since my neighbors had bigger units than me with the same house model)
Jason was friendly, prompt, and very knowledgeable about HVAC. His passion for his work shines through with the emotions that show when he sees something that is not done right.
After numerous exchanges with the builder. Jason took the time to make everything right. I HIGHLY recommend the brand Carrier and Bryant, as they make sure that the customer is taken care of properly. Jason’s passion about the brand is impressive. He believes in it and stands by it.
Today they came in and installed the correct size A/​C unit and coil. They also fixed the under sized return that I had on my unit and installed the proper sized filter box with an AWESOME door (No more installing company magnet for a door!)
I am the type of person that wants things done the right way the first time and with quality work.. Aaron and LeRoy were a pleasure to work with. They answered all my questions and were very patient. Both of them went that extra mile, even fixing my A/​C unit mount since the installer thought that just one bolt per mount was sufficient enough. They even reinforced it with a cross brace! This to me is fantastic work. There were even other things that needed to be fixed properly and they took the time to do it. They fixed the furnace and A/​C drain as it was installed wrong and the AC was leaking back into the furnace.
I recommend this company with 10 STARS! It is hard to find companies and workers that care so much about doing the job right and with great quality. You will find it with Jason and his employees. I with out a doubt am going to be calling JNJ Heating and Air for all my seasonal service needs. I know that if I make that phone call I will be receiving the best service possible.
Honestly, integrity, professional, and knowledgeable are words that JNJ represents.

In late December 2014, my friend’s son had a long-​awaited double lung transplant and was going to be coming home soon. To get their house ready, their furnace needed to be checked and cleaned. JNJ was called and found that the heat exchanger was cracked which meant the furnace needed to be replaced. As this family’s finances have been stretched to the breaking point (due to unemployment and medical bills), JNJ not only donated ALL of their labor, they also contacted Bryant, the manufacturer of the furnace, and Bryant donated the furnace as well. AND, all of the work was completed on Christmas EVE! The family was able to come home to a warm, toasty, and safe house the day after Christmas.
