South Town Animal Hospital is a full-​service veterinary care facility for dogs and cats. It includes a modern hospital, surgical unit, digital radiology and on-​site laboratory and pharmacy. We believe in offering the highest quality care for our patients in a warm, comfortable and friendly environment. We want to be proactive about our patients’ care, and we aim to provide our clients with all of the information to make educated decisions together about the best way to care for their pets, to keep them healthy and happy!

History

Established in 2005.

Over the past 8 years our services have grown to include digital radiography, laser therapy and whole food supplements in addition to dental cleanings, surgery, and preventative care.

Business Owner

Dr. Crittenden earned her doctorate at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and has been a practicing veterinarian since 1986. After graduation, she practiced in Princeton, Illinois in a mixed animal practice, where she specialized in small animal medicine, and then moved on to a small animal facility in Hanover Park, Illinois. Dr. Crittenden attained her dream of opening her own practice in 2005. In addition to her continued commitment to the veterinary field, she enjoys golfing, horseback riding, and spending time with friends, family and her cute Jack Russell Terrier «Macy».
