PFDesigns was formed by merging two floral companies, Palermo Florist and Pilla Floral. It is a family owned business owned and operated by Toni Pilla Byrne since 2006. The business has grown from a neighborhood floral shop to one that specializes in weddings, corporate functions and event planning as well as the everyday floral needs of customers both in-town and worldwide.
