Worse customer service. why can’t I choose my own lottery numbers, or is it that she didn’t want to assist me.

Stopped by for a drink on my way to work. Typical busy morning rush… Floors around the coffee and soda were sticky, line was about 8 people deep with two cashiers… Obviously they don’t have time to clean up when people keep coming in and the cashier line doesn’t let up but the reason I’m only giving them one star is because of the poor customer service by the tall male employee that apparently works in the mornings. I was the 3^rd person in line with 5 others behind me when I notice the male cashier knock on the window next to him to get the attention of someone walking outside as he’s in the middle of helping someone. He finishes the transaction and then walks away. With everyone waiting in line to pay for their items he walks away, takes off his 7 – 11 shirt and jumps in a car with the guy he was trying to get the attention of and takes off. He just took off with everyone waiting in line… That was yesterday, today I stopped by again and he is back but this time just standing around talking while again the floors are dirty and both the lids for coffee and big gulps are gone. Needless to say, I’m not coming back to this location. If you decide to try this spot, hopefully you have better luck then I did.
