Martha Montoya is absolutely amazing!!! I reached out to her for an insurance quote and received so much more valuable information that I didn’t have before. Martha was a great listener and understood my needs etc and had the ability to explain things with such clarity that it makes you wonder why no one else had explained it to you that way before. I walked out of there with so much information that assisted me in making decisions that benefited me and my family. I feel safe and confident that I made the right decisions. I strongly recommend anyone to visit Martha and have her dazzle you with her knowledge and expertise. She’s simply amazing! I would highly recommend her to everyone. I love my State farm agent Martha… From day 1 she has always made sure I am a satisfied customer. When I was in an accident last year she made sure I was taken care of every step of the way, and being that it was my 1^st accident ever, I appreciated everything she did to make it easier on me. Now that our teen has his Drivers License there’s nobody else I trust to insure him but my local statefarm agent :)

Services were great and the atmosphere was warm and humble. Martha assisted me and guided me in this car loan process I’m new to. She sure made my interest rate go down. I would definitely recommend her to my family members. I would be coming back to learn about life insurances. Good job Martha

Worst office ever! Spare yourself the trouble… had 4 card that needed insurance. well tell me wtf and how would any agent mix up your vin # and not have your car insured? That was the first time…2^nd time I replaced another car and they forgot to add my new car even though I requested it!!! God forbid you get into an accident, you’re done! They made all kinds of excuses! Everyone is incompetent there! Then she wanted to pass me on to another agent since she fucked up! I still have proof of all the emails when they forgot to add my insurance. I told them I wanted to be refunded for all the extra premiums I paid when I should have been insured but wasn’t in fact. they didn’t want to so I cut my tied with them and went with another company. now we’re just in the process of getting some things together with my lawyer to report her and seek any damages I can get for all the ordeal and stress they caused! Spare your self the trouble and stay away!!!

WOW, I have not been with an insurance company that has had so much to offer to me. The girls that work there are very friendly and really show me that they appreciate my business. The agent Chelly helped me with a health policy, umbrella, and I opened up a CD (I didn’t know they had a bank). I’m very happy with my choice to switch from Allstate

I have not been inside the office but just over the phone they are all amazing! I spoke directly to Chelly already, Vanessa, and Norma. All have been very helpful and friendly over the phone. They know how to talk to you and are always finding ways to save you money. Very helpful people. I LOVE IT!

This Office has been nothing but helpful in getting my family the best coverage possible. Chelly took the time to explain all of our options from car insurance to life insurance. There was no pressure and her staff was knowledgeable in all aspects of coverage. They stayed open late and we’re always there through phone and email. Thank you Chelly so much. You saved us nearly $ 3,000. My husband and I were getting new insurance home and auto quotes. We also purchased a new car that week, and then had her look over our contract, boy did we learn a lot. She explained line for line, then introduced us to State Farm Bank. We went back to our lender who would not work with us to lower our rate or monthly payments… naturally, I called Chelly to switch us over to SFB.
We were very impressed with her knowledge and graciousness. Her office has a friendly feel to it and the staff is always helpful whenever we call. We would highly recommend anyone to switch to Chelly’s State Farm office.

Chelly is very knowledgeable and informative on whatever your needs may be. For me, it was life insurance. I had never thought of needing life insurance at my current age and was satisfied with the insurance my employer provided. After meeting Chelly and learning that what my employer had to offer in regards to life insurance wouldn’t even cover my own coffin, (let alone my children and their needs), I decided that I couldn’t afford not to have a better life insurance policy. I met with Chelly to discuss life insurance coverage and was immediately impressed with her knowledge and genuine care for my needs. We talked about my children, my home, schooling for my children and so forth. Any question I had, she was able to answer in detail to eliminate any possibility of confusion. I am thankful and I feel a sense of relief knowing that my children and family will not be burdened with heavy financial pressure when my time on earth is over, (yikes). Chelly made the whole process from start to finish, easy, understandable and fast.

This office has a real good feel to it, Martha won me over when I first came in. They where closed the first time but she stayed to help me witch I thought was awesome since my job takes most of my time, it’s hard to make it to places during business hours. Vanessa is really nice girl, excellent customer service. Chelly also very nice. The guys there are being trained so I didn’t deal with them much, they are nice too.
The reason for my bad review is due to a situation I had with the claims department, my truck and motorcycle were stolen which is something really hard to deal with right before Christmas. I was on hold for 40 min to an 1 hour every time I would try to speak with someone at the claims department, team #107. Chelly said she would help but that just meant she email my documents and that was it. Martha was always to busy once she has her sale it does not matter to her what goes on. I told both what the claims dept would do they both said that was strange but didn’t do anything about it. Now that was back in January they kept billing me even though the truck and the motorcycle were considered a total loss, one of the reps in the claims department said they shouldn’t be charging you still. I called to ask someone at the office, no answer left several messages never got a call back so I decided to go in to the office to let them know I couldn’t stay with them I wanted to cancel everything I had life insurance and 5 cars insured with them and renters insurance. Marthaisn’t so nice anymore because now she’s loosing my business, Chelly is never there when I show uo which is strange and when I call they know my number and won’t answer. I had to call from a different number and they answered by the sencong ring. We’re in February now and this all took place in December. 2 MONTHS!!! I was told that it shouldn’t take more than 20 days to resolve everything. Well that was a lie.
It’s sad to say that when AI decided to cancel my services they’re acted in a negative way. Maybe if they would of had better customer service like Vanessa and they would have taken care of my issue I would still be there but Martha and Chelly’s customer service goes out the window when you decide to move on to better office. I had to call head quarters to fix my issues and finally be able to cancel services.
I wouldn’t recommend this particular office to anyone. Save yourselves the trouble.
