This place deserves 3.5 stars not 3 or a 4.
From all the banks I have worked with this one is friendly but if u are ever needing something else besides depositing or withdrawing from the teller line, good luck! The wait time to see and speak to a banker is always about 30, and who really has time to wait 30 mins to have maintenance done on your account?
Besides that issue, the customer service staff is friendly, they do try to remember your name of you are a regular so their efforts are appreciated.
Overall great bank to be with if you do not have to consistently see a banker. Wait time on teller lines are usually 3 mins and you are in and out. If you are looking for a bank that greets u helps u avoid fees and have a friendly staff then I would recommended.

Great air conditioned environment with small wait time and friendly staff. Only thing that sucks is that they put out gifts out there that you assume you can get but it turns out they are only for «business» people only and not regular s like me.
