Okay, so where do I begin. I called Suzie for some general questions just a few weeks ago. It turns out that the tags on my back up car were expired and DMV never received the payment. This explains why I did not receive my tags. Suzie got on this right away and called me back as she promised. It also turns out the car needed the smog test. Wow! Another issue.
Considering my work schedule, I was not going to have time till next week and needed this done now. Suzie went beyond and above. She picked up my car and took it to the smog shop and dropped it back off at house with the new tags and registration up to date. Like who will do this. This is what I call great customer service. Thank you again Suzie.

Excellent service easier than waiting in line at the DMV, Suzie is full of knowledge of what you need for those who have a headache at DMV’s. They also provide you with verification for those who need that service… I will definitely continue to come here

I went here to pay for my friends DMV renewal so they don’t have to miss work. I called ahead and asked if I could pay the renewal and get the tags on the spot like the AAA office (which I have, but can’t get tags for other people if they aren’t a member, only for yourself) the lady who answered was very helpful and nice. I showed up and when it came time to pay I was shocked to hear she charges $ 40 for her services on top of the DMV fee. I was already there so I just paid it, my fault I should have asked over the phone. I should have called around if I had more time also but I didnt. I was in and out maybe 3 minutes. I would recommend this place if your local and don’t want to wait in Long lines at the DMV. But for $ 40 service fee I would call around first or get the AAA roadside assistance for $ 50 and it’s good for one year, DMV services, discounts, free tow, bring u gas, no waiting in line etc. Also there was plenty of parking on the street and parking lot next to the building. It’s very small I almost walked past it until I saw the words «Insurance» She has a beautiful poodle for those who are allergic or have animals you bring along. She said she takes cash, credit and debit. The short time I was there she continued to be nice and polite.

Okay so a woman named Suzie really really helped me out!
My boyfriend wanted some info about changing his registration stuff to his name and lemme just say there were several obstacles. Suzie was so beyond helpful and did lots of research to help me out. I’m talking like she went above and beyond in the help department. She even called me after hours when she had gathered enough info. Who does that?!? Someone who really wants to help out. Thank you Suzie!!!

Wow this place is the best place to go for all your registration needs, forget the long lines at the DMV to renewal your tags, Sold a car, stop by and have them fill out a release of liability, for any of your Registration needs stop by here for Fast, Efficient, Great Value service @ a great price !!!

What can I say… fast, easy, and convenient is what describes the services at Firestone Registration and Services.
I came in for a complicated transfer of ownership (since I accidentally ripped the tittle a little over a year ago) I didn’t know how to go about it since the DMV only gives you ten days to do it. But Firestone Registration and Services did! They hooked it up in a manner of minutes and I was on my way to enjoy life!
Listen, imagine the convenience of not losing half of your day waiting in an endless line just to having to deal with snotty DMV people that have no sense of what public service means (granted some are nice but few in number). Just go to Firestone registration and services they’ll make life easier on you not having to deal with all that mess!
