Santana Tires

Long overdue review. These guys are honest in my opinion. Took my car for an alignment and the mech. Showed me everything he did and recommendations. They did take a bit longer than expected, but I rather them do a great job.

Im sure all the good reviews for this business are FAKE. I tried to get a flat tire fixed at this place, one of the guys says: «Yeah just wait 10 minutes and we’ll take care of you… park your car right here» —- 45 MINUTES LATER I’m still waiting around and other people that got there after me are being helped first… that was the deal breaker. Super rude workers and everyone seems to be more worried about doing deals under the table rather than actually HELPING people.

Last week for my rear left tire they charged me $ 30. Today, a week later they charge me $ 35 for the rear right tire change. So will it be $ 40 next time? That’s B.S. both times I asked for used Tires. They rip people off and take advantage of any situation. As it was 8am and my tire was torn to shreds. They will take advantage of you and charge you more under the circumstances that you pretty much have no choice due to your necessity. For my Spanish speaking people, «Santana Tires son Langaros!»

I went in to Santana Tire Shop and ask if they had any used tires for my car. The guy I spoke with told me they had one. I asked him if I could look at it so I could see if it had more tread than the tire I needed replaced. He said sure and said one of his guys would show me. I stood there and waited for 15 min before I went back up to the front and asked the guy, «Who is showing me the tire again?» He stood up out of his chair for a moment and looked around then spoke something in Spanish over his walkie-​talkie. He then said to me someone will be right with you. I waited another 10 min, as I waited I couldn’t help but notice 5 or 6 employees just standing around, sharing stories with eachother about how crazy their weekend was. It didn’t help that the place had no air conditioning either. All I wanted was a single used tire. I was not impressed with the service nor the product. The tire they tried to sell me (after I had waited 30 min) had the threads showing. This is bad business.

Charged me $ 40 to do an alignment on my mustang. I was not given a receipt just a verbal translation. The guy that worked on my car was fairly quick and he even drove it around the block to test it out. When he came back told me it was all done and it was good. The following day when I was driving to work on the freeway I notice my car swerving to the left still.
You get what you pay for. Instead of coming back to this location (without a receipt) I went to go get a computerized alignment where they give you a printout of the specs, receipt and warranty) for $ 20 more than I paid these guys. They found the real reason for messed up alignment, which was bad shocks and I got it all fixed. GET A COMPUTERIZED alignment, the details will save you $$$ and tread life in the long run.

This place is the worst. Always trying to screw over customers for quick cash. DO NOT COME HERE!!! They left two lug nuts missing and counter threaded my shit and when I brought it to there attention they wanted to charge me for something they fucked up on. They don’t even deserve one star.

Went in with a flat tire. They fixed it immediately, I had another problem and Daniel took care of it.

I’ve known about this business for a long time since the previous owner and wanted to give them a try. I bought 4 tires, an alignment and had the front inner tie rods replaced. They did a very good job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work. I did have to bring the car back the next day to have the rear tires replaced as they were out of stock. Also, the alignment needed a little adjustment as well as the oil change being forgotten. Overall, I would give the experience a 4.

Customer service here is on point. You don’t get nothing less but real car talk. If you have a problem they will tell you what it is and how it can be fixed. No hidden fees or gimmicks. If you care about your vehicle don’t go anywhere else. They have all the quality name brand tires, rims, and car parts at great prices. Always good visits every time we bring our vehicles here.

I just had Santana Tires repair a slow leak in a run flat tire on my 2011 BMW 328 and they were excellent in every aspect of the repair. The technician was very experienced with dismounting the stiff walled run-​flat low profile tire without damaging either the tire or wheel and he did a super job installing the patch plug required to seal the hole caused by the small bolt which created the leak.
I highly recommend this shop and will be taking my future tire projects to them.

Bought 4 used tires here, me and the mechanic agreed he would give me either all matching tires or 2 & 2 matching tires. I waited about an hour, cars kept coming in and out and my car still had the tires on. The guy finally got done, none of my tires brand matched. Not one time did the guy come ask me if it was ok to put 4 different tires. He gave me my keys, I looked around, the tires seemed fine, I wasn’t going to complain about matching brand tires, as long as the thread was ok. TBH, it wasnt much better than my own tires, but ok, lesson learned. Two days later, my front and rear tire are loosing air. I considered the weather to be a factor, because it has happened before. Three days later after install they go flat again, and I get a rear flat on the freeway. Change my tire, head to another tire shop, they take out one nail, and patch up a big hole. Thats 2 patches on the rear tire. So I tell em to check the front tire and it has a nail. They patch that one and I’m on my way. I did not return to this tire shop because of they’re sign, «NO WARRANTY ON USED TIRES» I wonder why? I already knew what they were going to tell me, so why bother and give them more money. I learned my lesson.

This business went down before and they were begging for money donations to keep theyre business. Now I know why they failed.

My cousin recommended me and this place is awesome! They are quick and nice. The best part it was so inexpensive to fix a nail in a tire! Love it!

This company gets 5 stars. Not only are they honest and quick to serve you. They’ve been filling my sons pool for 4 summers now. Their mechanics are hardworking reliable and well educated in their field. They never give you excuses. They always offer solutions to your cars needs.
Their pricing is very fair. They’re all very friendly. We were very happy when they took over the business.
I have a son who is now 7 and they use our street to test drive the cars, in doing so, they always make sure to look out for him and all the kids that live and play on this street. I respect that as my son is my world.

Got a great price. I called around all over the city for pirelli p6 tires for my car. And this spot gave me the best out the door price by far. Would recommend just make sure they note everything you want on your reciept.

I would like to warn everyone coming to this place. make sure they give you your spare tire back. Two of my spare tires on two different cars were stolen here.

I used their Unilocal deal! I got my tires rotated, an oil change, a patch on my tire, and a new air filter for $ 50. They were fast with great service! I’ll be back.
