Love this place! Been bringing my son here for over a year and a half now and Sensei Aviles along with his staff have been great! Not only have they taught my son self defense in Taekwondo and BJJ but his confidence has sky rocketed. If you’re looking for a place where they really care about your kids and are eager to teach them, then you have found your spot!
They also have BJJ for adults and an MMA fitness class to get into that summer shape ;)

This place is awesome my daughter has been going here for a couple months and she has learned alot. The instructors take their time in explaining and teaching the students the proper techniques. They teach different disiplines which is a great. 5 start for sure.

Great place to train kids on the various aspects of life, such leadership skills, respect, life long skills, and integrity. They also teach on dealing with bullies and how to avoid physical fist fights and changing your attackers frame of mind and possibly creating a friend. I highly recommended this training for kids as well as adults. Prices are affordable, instructors are well knowledge in the art of defense and are friendly and courteous.

Get ready to get your WORK OUT on!!! Great class!!! They offer a weekday evening schedule that works perfect for the working person, and classes for both adults and children. They offer Brazilian Jiu-​Jitsu /​Tae Kwon Do/​Kickboxing. Terrific program for self defense. Instructors are friendly, plenty of equipment… its a must if you’re looking to learn some mixed martial arts! Best part? Affordable!
