Horrible. I just received a return call from Peter Zarriello. I don’t use this type of language often, but the best way to describe Pete is, «pure scum.» I had been corresponding with Clean Sweep via email regarding a top sealing damper I wanted to have installed. Everything seemed fine until Pete called this morning noting, «we don’t have the damper you are asking for, your chimney is not a refrigerator and you are going to smell soot. I am tired of calling you.» I don’t think I need to layout how ridiculous Pete’s message was. As a result, I will avoid this company for life and would recommend you do the same.

Extremely professional. Rich arrived when our appointment was scheduled. We were given an estimate for the repair job, which was kept, without any overruns. They were clean and neat, and did the job quickly and efficiently. I was so impressed I decided to write my first review on Unilocal to recommend them.

Very professional and clean. They were extremely careful when cleaning the chimney and didn’t make any mess. Of course they offered to look at other things besides what I had bought in the groupon, but in the end it was for the best because the other chimney for the heater was all blocked, so we cleaned it as well.
Would recommend and use it again.
