Very friendly atmosphere and lots of choices like toys, dramatic play, kitchen, climbing area and toddler room. Really a nice experience! Food is offered as well although I would prefer more western healthy options. Still. great place.

This place is so much time for kids and free time for moms. We’re loving here. My son (20 months old) having so much fun !!! Highly recommending

I don’t want to write this review because I don’t want this amazing, children’s utopia to become overcrowded.
But I also can’t let it have 4 out of 5 stars! This play space is by far one of the best that I’ve ever encountered.
You’ve heard of helicopter moms, right? Well, I’m kind of the opposite and in this day and age, a lot of people give you the stink eye for not being one. I like to let my kid play and interact with other kids and only intervene if it looks like there’s a real problem.
That being said, it’s completely acceptable here and even encouraged! There’s a wonderful sitting area for the parents where we can enjoy coffee, bubble teas and even some delicious food! All while our children are happily playing. If the staff sees a problem, they intervene and only get the parents if really necessary. The staff here definitely needs to be commended on their amazing attitudes and hard work! They know all the kids names and they’re so sweet with the kids.
We used to go to Hudson House of Play in West New York. Great Story is a BILLION times better!

It’s a great place for toddlers. The staffs are very nice and interactive. I bring my toddler here at least once a week.

Not the most beautiful play space I have ever been. Nor is it the cleanest. But since it’s so close to our house and basically the only thing similar around this area. We are finding ourselves here on those blazing hot days Or long winter days trapped in the house.
They had more attendants watching the children play. But I think they cut back. That’s a shame because it was safer with them. And the kids were getting more from the interaction.
Great food choices. But I wish they offered healthier snacks! It’s basically the most unhealthy asian snacks they can possibly buy.
Boba tea is yummy but way way too sweet. And they can not adjust the sweetness. :/

This is a great place to kill 2 – 3 hours (at least) of your energetic kiddo’s time, while getting your work done. Bring a laptop, enjoy the free wifi and drinks and food. The staff makes sure the place is sparkling. Lots of activities: jungle gym climbing structure with two slides, ball pit, lots of train sets, doll houses, dress up corner, two play kitchens and grocery store, 3 trampolines, sand pit (where they give your kid a sand outfit and clean the sand off their toes afterwards!), very clean bathrooms, and cute selection of Asian snacks and American food. Daughter loved it! We spent about 5 hours here! We have been to Billy Beez in West Nyack, World of Wings in Teaneck, and while this place is smaller, there is NEVER a sense that you’ve lost your child… because they are usually in view due to the placement of the «café» section for the moms/​dads. Totally worth the money! Will be back!

Great place and atmosphere. My daughter 4 and son 3 love it. The staff is very interactive and attentive and maintain this place extremely clean and organized. The place itself is well organized for parents can sit in the dining area with tables and chairs and benches. It’s a little pricey but worth it. My only suggestion is to clean the exterior of the very tall structure that most kids play and climb in, I’m sure all that dust rains down on children below it. Nothing a tall ladder and some windex can’t fix. Highly recommended, earlier the better. Check the website to make sure the place is not booked for parties.

I love this place. Have been here 3 times now and my daughter calls it «the special place». I’ve been to lots of indoor play places and this is my favorite since moving to New Jersey. It’s so clean here. Leave it to Koreans to make sure that a place is hyper clean and tidy. The food selection at the café is decent although some of it is a little pricey — teas, coffees, croissants, instant ramen. We usually go in the mornings and there is hardly anyone else there so that’s another big plus. The staff are also very friendly. One of them even played with my daughter for a little while and I could sit back and enjoy my coffee for once. It’s definitely worth checking out at least once if you’re stuck for ideas in things to do with the kids.

Had a birthday party here for a 4 year old with about 15 other kids.
The venue is great — lots of toys for boys and girls to play with, a large indoor playset with slides (almost like an obstacle course) and, best of all, an indoor sandbox (before kids go into the sandbox they have to put on overalls and then get sand cleaned off by staff before exiting). And, it’s all contained in one large space so parents can sit down in the lounge area and eat or drink coffee or join the kids in the play areas. Very convenient.
The staff is very attentive and were cleaning up in the play area and making sure kids were safe. Felt they were very engaged, nice and helpful.
Overall, pleasantly surprised and would return.

I usually do not express my disdain for a business because i would rather not give them my money again. I avoid confrontation. So, I really REALLY wanted to like and return to this place. It is basically a loft warehouse with a swanky sit-​down area, one private dining table room, private event room, moderate climbing structure, and sand play area. The rest is open play with ample toys. The ownership is clearly Korean. You first check-​in with the number of your party and ages within your group (they doubted that my 8 month old was his age; infants under 12 mos are free. My kids are already close in age, no need to assume they’re even closer) Adults trade street shoes for the in-​house slippers and kids’ shoes get placed in numbered bins behind the counter. The climbing structure was sound and clean. The sand area is open every hr for 30 min, then «cleaned». The sand area has jumpsuits to keep clothes clean and they vacuum your kids’ bare soles on the way out (louder than my Vitamix). All the employees are impeccably polite.
My problem with this place is the enforcement of their rules. They have the standard no-​outside food/​drink and no food/​drink in the play area rule. Fine. I mixed some formula from my stroller, which was parked right near the register, as requested by the staff. Then, i proceeded to sit on a bench away from where most of the action was, to feed my giant baby. A boy staff member (yes, i was more than twice the age of most of the staff, who discussed their SAT scores) politely told me, upon my opening the baby’s bottle, that i needed to move because the benches had already been broken several times, pointing to the duct tape. Thanks for calling out my fat ass! So I apologized and asked if I could sit on nearby pleather benches. He replied that i could. Then no sooner did I have the the bottle nipple in my baby’s mouth when he again politely said, «sorry but you can not bring in any liquids». So then i tried to bring the kids to the seating area, but decided to leave altogether, as high chairs were not readily accessible. My guess is that they have boosters somewhere. I couldn’t just leave my toddlers to play while i fed the baby in the dining area. Most k-​parents, in fact, leave their kids to play and terrorize smaller kids, while they quaff their beverages together in the seating area. It’s not that there is such a distance from the play area, it is the principle of making it so difficult for actual parents to feed their kids. I asked, «what happened if I had started breastfeeding ?!» (which i do discreetly in public using a cover) and a staff girl said that i could do that in the dining area also.
This is not my Starbucks or Victoria’s Secret to fight against. However, i feel that a Gisele would have been allowed free-​range breastfeeding. It personally irritated me that a non-​korean man was allowed walk around in his street shoes for a while, and a mom of one, strolled her snap n go around, but i had to park mine. (The shoe thing is major for Koreans.)
I used a coupon from their website but it was still pretty steep compared to our usual indoor play places. I had really looked forward to buying k-​snacks. Instead, I left without the satisfaction of dramatically storming out with a child under each armpit pushing a stroller. (Kids’ shoes are behind the counter)
If you are the usual k-​mama who has the help of her MiL to watch her one child while she sips beverages, than this is the establishment for you. Ditto that for parents/​care providers of one child. I personally did not find the place to be family-​friendly.

It’s great business excellent ideas where they offer indoor play space for little ones n also offer good drinks n food (food isn’t so healthy, more like fast food)
They also have a little rooms where offer arts n craft. Fee to enjoy all this play is only $ 10 per hour.
The only improvement of they need is to manage toys more safe way… slides r sooo staticky because they didn’t put any accessories where it’s connected in the mid section of slide there are little bump with the screw that increase more static to the point it’s very painful…
I hope the couple (who owned the business)
follow up n address few issues n provide safer toys!
Other than that it’s fun place, kids enjoy n parents too!

Terrible place! ! The owner is very rude. I paid 14 $ for 2 hrs of play. Didn’t realize I went 10 min over my time, as I was helping my friend with her infant. He then proceeded to charge me an extra 5 $ for the extra 10 min. I said are u really going to charge me 5 $??? He rudely said yes I will. The place isn’t even worth 7 $ an hr. Just a bunch of junk toys thrown out on the floor. The whole place is filled with his kids, nieces and nephews. He also kept following my daughter and friends son around the whole time, which was scaring them. Very disappointed. Very rude people to do business with. I would never step foot back in this place again!!!÷÷!÷

Our 3 years old son enjoyed this place. It was clean and I liked they offer nice drinks and snacks. Places like this in cold winter time are very much needed. We’ll come back. Only problem I had was that I had to share slippers which didn’t look clean. But bathroom was clean and enjoyed coffee.

This is a beautiful, clean and well stocked play place. My 3 year old loved it. I kicked back in the concession area and was able to watch him play on the cameras which are fed into a large screen tv over the register. I will definitely make the trip out here again. My only complaint is that it was FREEZING. Where’s the damn heat?!

It’s the best indoor place I have ever been. It’s small, not so much stuff to do but very cute. Bunch of books and puzzles in Korean, a lot of toys are Korean too, half of the menu in the café is Korean too. But guess what– we had a BBQ rice burger and a tuna mayo rice burger and the food was good. It came with a little bottle of sweet liquid that we didn’t know what to do. It was overly sweet to drink and hubby used it as a sauce for the burger)) they had at least 6 people of stuff working on Saturday afternoon and they really made sure everyone is comfortable (not like teenagers in other places just hanging out with each other). There is a separate kids bathroom with the tiny toilet seat and sink. I am impressed. The indoor sand is cool– out of 3 hours we spent there 2 were in the sand. Definitely will be back

A little on the expensive side, but still not too shabby. A great place for mothers to enjoy coffee while child is playing. Great for children 1 – 7 years old.

I adore this place! Staff is super friendly and attentive. It’s clean and there’s lots of stuff to do for babies and toddlers (previous reviewer is right, kids over 5 would probably get bored faster). I love love love that there’s a café and free wifi so I can easily work and watch the kids play around.

This is the best place to go to for tots and toddlers. I first went to this indoor playground with my 2.5 year old and my 9 month old and they both had a blast. I wouldn’t recommend it for older than 5 because the toys can be for younger tots than children older than 5. They also have a sand area where the children can go in wearing big overalls so their clothes do not get any sand in them. They also have a small café-​ish area where thr parents can have a cup of coffee or tea while watching or not watching their kid. There are staff that continue to monitor the area and the kids.
While my 9 month is still too young to actually play she had fun in the miniature ball pool. Like many indoor playgrounds make sure to bring socks or fork up $ 1.50 for a pair. The admission is run on an hourly price and while the parents do not pay, the tots and toddlers do pay a price from 12– 24 months.
Overall its a good place to take your kids if you want to go somewhere on a rainy day or need a place other than home to let your kids loose without worrying so much.
