LIAR, CHEAT & THIEF!!! Deal with this company at your own risk! PLEASE BEWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE PATRONIZING THIS BUSINESS. Stole parts off my bike that he claimed he «sold» to recover money that was never owed to him. I worked with him for over a year to come up with a resolution but he sold parts off my bike without my knowledge. BEWARE!!!

there was once a time he was on top of his game, service has gotten progressivly worse over the years, i was once a loyal customer i would not take a huffy bike to that place now, customer service sucks, work is average at best nothing new over there!!! not an honest bone in his body, HIS TIME HAS PAST OLD DESIGNS SAME OLD STUFF

PISS POOR BUSINESS PEOPLE. prematurely painted (wrong color) and assembled my bike then tried to get me to pay more because I wanted a bigger wheel, and he had to disassemble to accompany my request.
Paint job was rushed, grainy, dog hair throughout the paint, underlay primer bled through, didn’t want to correct the job after I gave them several months to correct it.
The son is a hot head — watch your back, music installation ruined my speakers — no music all summer long.
Drilled holes in my tour-​pack that wasn’t leveled — freaking NIGHTMARE.
I wished I had gone with another place because this place is a rip off. They try not to give you paper work so that they can take your money and run.
DELAYS DELAYS DELAYS is all you will ever hear. And to think I paid them in FULL — RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN _​_​_​DON’T DO IT you’ll regret every minute!!!
Find a place that values you as a customer and stand behind their work, because this place won’t!!!
